We took our beloved mini-schnauzer Kirby here today for an annual checkup. We were looking for a new veterinarian after moving to the area. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism. Cathy the tech was so gentle with Kirby. Dr Sarah Hughes gave helpful information and was efficient and friendly. We are impressed this is a LOCALLY OWNED vet clinic when all others in the area have gone "corporate". We will recommend this Vet Clinic to all pet owners we know. read more

normally, I am very pleased, but however, an incident happened when a dog had , when taken to the vet was told that they thought it might be a but would send it in to find out for sure. We didn't find out for the time allotted that you would think you would hear something, so calling the clinic to talk to the doctor we were told she was in call later, however, never received a call the next day when we called explain the situation and we were told that this particular doctor wasn't in and that they would give her a message again so we did hear from her through a text at 8 o'clock at night and that the dog had . the person who has the dog with ringworm was not educated how to care for it, which I thought was very important they have other dogs. So see why we weren't real happy with this visit. And this was the largest ringworm infection I have ever seen so we are all concerned and had to get on what we need to do as and homes sterile read more

I am SO THANKFUL for Osceola Veterinary Clinic! I was traveling from Dallas, Texas to Platteville, Wisconsin and my cat, Gretta, had a negative reaction to her travel medicine. She didn't have much control of her body and her third eyelid stayed covering her eyes even though her eyes were open. It was the scariest moment in my life! I searched in my phone for the vet nearest me which happened to be Osceola Vet Clinic. I called and told them about my situation and that I was going to be there right at/just a little before closing. They stayed to help us and gave Gretta fluids to flush her system. She was so much better for the rest of my drive to Wisconsin and fully recovered by the next day! They were so kind and caring, and thankfully willing to stay to help us (random travelers who most likely wouldn't be a returning customer, but they stayed anyways!) They turned the scariest moment in my life to a memory that I can look back on and be thankful instead of heartbroken. Thank you so much!! read more
