I've been coming here for a couple years now. I personally have had no issues. Or can complain here. The staff has been nice. The treatment is fairly priced I think. And it is a walk in. So bit of a gamble. Otherwise all around good place to go if you were to ask me. Good luck.

My dogs had gotten into a fight and I was forced to take them to an emergency vet that late at night instead of coming here which I would have done if it was between the open hours. We were told we needed another surgery or I would have to put her down because she was so bad from injuries. Brought her in here because this is our normal vet place for the last 5 years. I asked them to check her over before we started the euthanasia procedure. The vet here said another vet had seen here 5 days before when I came to them for bandage changes and she was a lot better from then even. He went over everything w me of what was really wrong w her and how she didn't need another surgery and there was actually no infection in her at all like the ER vet had told me. If we wouldn't have brought here into this clinic and kept going back to ER clinic instead for everything we wouldn't have had told put our girl down. A month and a half later and she's good as new and he was right her injuries weren't as bad as we were told. I drive from another town for this vet that's how much I believe in these people. And they are always so nice and friendly when I have been there.

I love this vet! I have 3 big dogs, and they're so understanding when I come in - they're quick to help me with them, quick to get me a room. The doctors, technicians and receptionist are always so nice. This Vet Clinic is also AFFORDABLE I can't thank them enough for everything they do for my animals.

I was happy going to Indianola Veterinary walking clinic, untill I learned the management in the office is negatively affected by poor communication among them and clients, and rudeness after the poor results of them not communicating effectively. The office manager of this clinic that morning imposed one way communication, rising her voice at me, interrupting me every time I would try to explain the policies of the pharmacy where I needed them to call for my pet's prescription, using a rude tone of voice! Worse of, Pet Meds attempted to contact Indianola Vet clinic several times but the office staff would ignore them. I was told off after the office staff at this veterinary clinic, failed to explain their own policy about prescriptions in the first place. None the less the results were conflictive and a big disappointment about the lack of value for my pet's quality of life and value for their customers. WHAT A Disappointment

they do a good job. It's a walk in clinic so the wait can be insane. as long as you're prepared to be patient then you're fine.

After we got the bill I told billing manager Katie Simpson that i had a dispute with the bill that I would like to talk about. Her response was to send my bill to collections less than a week after our visit. When I went in to pay the amount I had the itemized bill for at the clinic, the same billing manager claimed I couldn't pay them any more. I had to work it out the with collection agency. Still making it worse the amount they reported to collections was almost double what i had a bill for. Now i have to go through hoops to have it not affect my credit. Think that was the worst part? They charged us for the euthenasia, even though it was their anesthesia error that fried our cats brain. Never take your pets here. They will botch the procedure, they will botch your bill, and they'll screw over your credit by sending in a false amount. Also, in the waiting room for the vet to tell me the news, I found a deer tick crawling up the wall. Unclean, Unprofessional, and I'll be sharing this review with everyone in my community. Edit: The media team working for this company is responding to my reviews. They clearly pay for better PR through Google reviews, sad. I've added pictures of the tick in their waiting room. I would be willing to discuss should they call my phone.

Was super easy to schedule an appointment and everyone i talked to was very nice and helpful. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about dropping my cat off somewhere, but I was welcomed warmly and given information on how the procedure was going to go. Made me feel better as I was leaving. They got my cat done first, because he was being a little scared and nervous so that made me feel better. I dropped him off at 7:45 am and I was taking him home by 9:30 am! I was very surprised and happy on how fast and well everything went! Picking him up went smoothly and he has been healing very well, which is something i was nervous about! They called me the day after to make sure he was eating, drinking, and healing well! Which I also appreciate that a lot! I recommend All Creatures Small!

Infection got worse. Now, the cat is in heart failure due to endocarditis. It strikes me that, antibiotics are given to humans prior to dental work just for this reason. Why would you not do that for animals. I wonder now if a DVM was even involved in this procedure. I would not recommend this establishment bases what has transpired in this case. Today I have to put this animal down. BTW, this cat is 18 years old.

Losing our Cane Corso was devastating, so my husband suggested we get another rescue dog. I was hesitant but knew he was probably right. We went to Kiya Koda, they arranged for us to meet the dog they felt best suited our needs considering my disability. We saw Molly the first time and she was so scared. She had apparently been at the shelter for almost a year, and when she came to them she may have been taken away from her puppies. It was evident she had been mistreated but she was so shy, and afraid so we made a point of going back two more times before we took her home. We picked her up just days before Christmas, the shelter personnel were there with her to see her off to her forever home. She was so loved, and we could see they were going to miss her a lot. They had so many animals there, I have never seen so many cats in one shelter in my life. We also saw a lot of dogs and they sure were in need of more space. We learned that they were trying to get funding for a new building, they had already purchased the land but needed a building. My husband and I took Molly home and we are working with Katie who has Fur Pete's Sake dog training program and volunteered at Kiya Koda to help them out. We continue to work with Molly to help her get over her fear of cars, dogs barking, meeting new people as well as learning she doesn't have to hide to be safe. It is an ongoing part of our life now, helping Molly to trust us, know that we love her, and know she can overcome her fears. I have to say that Kiya Koda was so good in letting us get to know Molly and they make a point of checking up on how she is doing. I really wish there was some way we could help, however we have decided to make out our will to leave our property and any wealth we have, if my husband and I should die at the same time, to Kiya Koda. We are working on that now to have it just in case something should happen to us. We do hope to be around for some time because we want to have Molly find her forever home with us as long as possible. Having a dog it just something we need, as well as dogs need people who love them, and here in our town we need Kiya Koda to take in the dogs and cats that need to be cared for until they find their Forever Home!
