After about 10 days I phoned to inquire of my order. On June 19th, Michael sent me an email stating he had trouble with his website and had cancelled my order without informing me. He further offered me the wheel but at a price $314.00 higher than my previous order confirmation. Where I come from this is dishonourable to say the least. Today with the strong winds I parked in a Docke Shoppe parking spot to run across the street to check on it. When I came back minutes later I was shocked to see the owner standing in the parking lot blocking my car. He shouted to never park there again and that we were minutes from being towed. There were 2 other cars in the entire lot. Beer store spots completely empty - likely due to the crazy winds. Plenty of room for others and it was 45 mins after they had closed for the day. They were not even open! Disgusted at the rudeness and shouting. Won't be back there again.

The sales person acknowledged people as they came into the store, was very helpful with information on the paint quality available, prices, etc . He asked about add ons to be sure we had what we needed, but no pressure. I really appreciate his helpfulness. They have a customer list, if I forget the paint I bought, the optional customer file will be there for me. I think it's one of the best Benjamin Moore stores.
