I study at RMIT but I go and visit OSHC Worldcare rep at La Trobe University as I take Overseas Student Health Cover from Allianz Global Assistance. It take me about 40 mins to reach there and then it take more 20 mins to walk to the office in the uni campus! But I not mind as the service provided here is the best! I gone to other places in Monash Uni and Swinburne Uni but it not as organised as this place. I think lot of people know this as there is always a long rush at this office. I have a condition for which I need to go to see specialist every 10 days. I have lot of bills and I need to claim them, the man in this office is very nice, he always smiles and asks how I am doing and does the claim very efficiently and quickly. I some times feel sorry for him as he stuck in small room with no fan and there is always so much rush. He give me his card to call him if any problem but I want to show my appreciation and tell everyone about his wonderful service. His name Ankit and he has good knowledge about health insurance.
