About a month ago our home dryer stopped working. Because our washer was still functional, I brought our washed laundry to the Oshkosh Express Laundry Center. The staff there are incredibly friendly and helpful. When I inquired which dryers could dry my loads most efficiently, I was delighted that it could all fit in only ONE dryer and that it'd be dry in 40 minutes! The employee even offered my a coupon from a local ad and the cost to me for drying my laundry was $0. WOW! Incredible customer service! read more

I have never been to a cleaner, well lit place. They have kids area And they have a monster washer. I didn't use it Newer equipment and I didn't see any that were out of service read more

Nice, clean, modern laundromat. Lots of washers of different sizes...smaller machines charged less than the ones that'll hold a big load. You can do your own washing/drying or pay and the staff will do it for you. While you wait...there's free WiFi to use. Now there aren't a lot of wall outlets so make sure you're all charged up before going. The parking lot is big. There's also a couple sofas to relax on. Snack machine inside too. Only thing I didn't like...I put $10 bill into the change machine expecting to get ones...nope, all quarters! read more

First time here and def a great experience. They have the option to drop your clothes off and they do your laundry for you plus other options! They have a huge variety amount of washing machine sizes, it's crazy. A 40 oz is $5.00-$5.50 and a 20oz is $2.00-$2.75. Very clean inside and there is actually a real person here that you can talk to if any questions! The seating area is nice and comfy. Also, free wi fi! read more

This year there were major storms at Airventure, and it seemed like every camper was at this laundry to either do their laundry or have it done. We had about 20 denim shirts and 50 T-shirts with our group's logo that had gotten soaked. The employees at Express were able to wash, dry, and fold them in less than 24 hours. They were extremely courteous and helpful despite the fact that they were clearly being run off their feet. All I can say is thanks very much to all of them and especially to manager Karen for explaining the options again and again until my rain-befuddled brain made sense of what she was trying to say. I know, I know...it's a laundromat. What could possibly be so exciting? Well, let me tell you, I have been in some crap-tastic laundromats, and this is, by a mile, the nicest one I have ever seen in my life. Tons of machines, both regular size and the extra giant ones, a small lounge area by the door with tables, chairs, a couch, and a TV, a kids' play area, a counter with a real-live human behind it...wow. There were plenty of rolling baskets too, and everything was clean, so no wondering if your clothes will come out grungier than when they went in. They have change machines, but most of the machines take cards as well, so no need to hoard quarters or have cash. My friend and I had a pretty easy time figuring out one of the big washers, and we enjoyed the lounge area while we waited -- no sketchy laundromat atmosphere here! You can do your own laundry, do your own wash and let them dry and fold it, or just drop everything off for full service (it looks like they're run by Stannard). If the day comes when I can't cope with my own laundry anymore, I'm bringing it here! read more

I would just like to give a shout-out to the laundry attendant working tonight. After a hellish few weeks; I found out my apartment washer was broken. I looked up local laundromats; as I'm sort of new to things like that in Oshkosh and this one came highly recommended. When I got there at eight thirty something, I read the signs that said wash had to be in by eight pm at the latest. One of the kindest strangers I have ever met allowed me to wash and partially dry my clothes. There are absolutely no words. I will definitely be coming here again. read more

I recently went to do my laundry at Oshkosh Express Laundry Center several days ago and was 100% thrilled with my first experience there. The staff greeted me as I entered the store and offered there assistance. They were very well-educated and were able to help me find a machine that was appropriate for the amount of laundry I needed to do. I had a feeling they were more than happy to help, which was very nice seeing how it was my first time doing laundry there. There were many different washer size options and there was absolutely no wait to do my laundry because of the quantity of machines. The washers and driers were very clean and client friendly. The store itself was much cleaner and nicer than I expected going to a laundry mat. The sitting area was very welcoming and friendly and provided a nice place to sit while I waited for my laundry to be done. The prices there were also very convenient and affordable. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this laundry mat to anyone who needs a place to do laundry. From friendly staff to excellent store condition and options, this is a 5-star business. They will definitely be receiving more business from me in the future! read more

I was told I could jot go to the bathroom to wash my hands they said that there was a sing in the lobby but had no soap.

The plus side: 1.) Wifi worked well. 2.) There were plenty of machines open because very few people use it even on Saturdays. 3.) They have a parking lot shared with a gym. The minus side: 1.) Floors looked like they hadn't been swept in a week. 2.) Quarter stuck in change machine, but at least I was able to get it out after realizing I was short-changed. 3.) Although the change machine didn't rip me off, one of the washers (that cost $7.50 as it is) stole a quarter instead. 4.) Prices are posted on signs instead of the machines, and they vary price according to water temperature. 5.) On some machines, you have to remember to select water temperature BEFORE you put quarter in, otherwise it'll give you a warm wash and you're stuck with that choice. 6.) Water level is low. To get enough water to ALMOST cover my clothes, I had to pay $5 for a single load of clothes, and $7.50 for a double load (a huge machine). 7.) Some machines had bits of paper or hairs in them, so I assume staff don't wipe them out often. I might go here again if I'm desperate, but frankly it's too much of a hassle. I also don't like these new machines that only get your clothes damp instead of wet. read more

My favorite drop-off laundry anywhere. The laundromat itself is always sparkling clean and has been well-staffed every time I've been there (which, admittedly, has mostly been for drop-off during EAA). Their prices are fantastic, notably less expensive than every other fluff & fold I have used around the country. They turn it around same day most of the time, and will call or text when they are done. They even have the dry-cleaner drive-up door for dropping or picking up, so you don't have to lug hampers across the parking lot. read more
