On May 52025 I dropped off two pair of blue jeans, to shirts and one jogging suit. I asked for the jeans to be starched and the jogging pants creased. The guy at the register was not well equipped to input this transaction and said that he couldn't give me a price for it. I stated ok, I'll just get it when I come back. On May 7 2025, I returned to pick up my clothes. Looked as I was just getting there as the clothes that had been sent out had returned and I stated, it looks as though I am just in time to pickup. I then gave the lady clerk my cloth receipt. She went and pulled everything down I thought and went to cash register and stated that my total was $98.17. I stated are you sure about because I do not have that many pieces of clothing and I have never had a $98 laundry bill. She then stated yes that is correct! I then began to ask what was the price of the jeans and she stated around $18.00, to which I said what. I then asked what was the price of the two shirts and she stated that around $14.00 a piece, and again I said what in the Samuel L. Jackson kind of price is that. I was getting ready to leave Wisconsin on Friday on another job assignment so I just paid because I did not have time to discuss this further. After looking at my clothes it was determined that the jacket to my jogging suit was not there to which she went and found. After looking at my price slips when I go back to the hotel it is determined that I was charged $37.00 for two pair of jeans $30.00 for two dry clean shirts and $30.00 for the jogging suits. Now I travel t quite a bit and have been to some places that were expensive to get you clothes cleaned but never at this price. Now the lady who ever she was the manager or owner never tried to say this is kinda high even after I stated that the person that I turned my clothes into was having problem with the computer. Although its reputation is "best in Oshkosh", these people operate out of the dinosaur age. I have been in here several times, have spent hundreds of dollars with them. Each time there is an issue with not having my credit card on file. Then, I receive a bill in the mail, which means I have to return again to pay in person. Often times, their machines are slow or don't work. In addition, most of the staff is rude and seems inconvenienced when I come in. read more

Very Disappointing Dropped off a white dress shirt and business chino pants and asked what was better to have them laundered or dry cleaned as I had traveled into Oshkosh for an important meeting the next day - the attendant said laundry was better. However when I picked my 2 items up I was charged $22 dollars and they were not ironed, no hanger and folded in a little bag - extremely wrinkled! *****WARNING***** do not go here if you value your clothes and check with your hotel to see where they send the dry cleaning. Staying at the Fairfield I've sent items it and had to complain more than once. They love to blame it on the manufacturer of a garment if it is damaged and don't take any responsibility until you call, complain and make them. My wool dress was supposed to be hand washed delicately and the cuffed sleeves came back stained yellow with spots and all they did was blame the binding and refunded me $17. The dress came back worse the second time around. They did not offer to replace the cuffs at all. The sleeves were frayed. The dress cost me $120 and they said they're not responsible due to a manufacture defect even though I'm sure their seamstress could have replaced my cuffs. My dress is now completely unwearable. They broke a zipper on a second dress and then had the audacity to tell me that the zipper wasn't broken. I had to tell them numerous times that it worked before being sent in and now does not I.E the dress zipper IS BROKEN. After 5 min of back and forth she said she could take it in and replace the zipper for a cost which lead to another 5 min of discussing the fact that they should do it for free. The dress finally did come back after they replaced the zipper. Save yourself the trouble of losing loved garments and just do your dry cleaning at a better more responsible place. Have taken a wide variety of dress clothing items here over the course of the past year, and they have always gotten my items back to me looking sharp and on time. I also recently took my down comforter here for cleaning and they did a great job with this difficult item as well. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful on my visits. The only bad quality to be found here is that the price is significantly higher than you are bound to find at most of the larger national chains. Are there services that much better as to justify this? I am not so sure. The connivence factor of this place being located so close to where I live negates this variable in my own personal situation, but you might want to shop around depending on where you live. read more

If this is the "Best Shirt Service in Town," I don't want to know what they think is bad. To make a long story short, I had to return here twice with some of the boyfriend's shirts to have broken buttons replaced -- buttons that they destroyed while pressing them. I understand that buttons are necessarily super sturdy, but their website claims that they replace buttons if needed. Why, then, do they not CHECK shirts before returning them to customers?! I received a refund on my latest order and they replaced all the buttons for free, as they should, but I'm afraid I can't bring any more cleaning here, since I shouldn't have to tell them I'm a special, complaining customer who had better not find any more broken buttons on the boyfriend's $100 shirts. read more
