I felt he was what I was looking for. Dedicated, Experienced (27+ years) and had an Excellent record with clients. I then set up an appointment to try him since I had no luck with the other Personal Trainers I tried. The very first conversation we had went awesome. He didn't want to sit down for an hour and talk about my body fat, meals, Ect. The first day I walked into his private gym (Top Fit Pros Training) I felt very comfortable and I got the workout I had been looking for. He is the type of Fitness Trainer that will not let you give up nor quite in the middle of a set and as a woman it is so very hard to find someone like him.
