Man!! It'd be quicker to tell you what didn't go well. I LOVEE this place!!! It's truly been a godsend. I'm so glad it exists. It's been my sanctuary and reprieve - helping me to keep balance in this crazy thing we call life. I work at a high-performing company, so by Friday I can be wound up a little tight. One or two hours at Transitions Wellness & Performance, and I'm good as well! I literally tell everyone about this place. It is, as the young kids say, the bees knees. The staff is super nice. Lou is awesome, Alisha is awesome, Cole and Lizzy are both awesome. I wish I had went to this place when I first found it on Google. I waited 2-3 years to pull the trigger and, man, am I glad that I did. They literally have everything! I feel like a true king while I'm here. The only thing missing is someone feeding you grapes. There's so much good stuff I can say about this place. It's exactly what the doctor prescribed. Well, not literally.. but the soul doctor!! I'm literally floatinggg. I'm looking forward to my next appointment! If I could come everyday I would! Thank you, team! Looking forward to my next appt and many, many more! To many more years of good health for the entire Transitions Wellness team! Take care!!

FIRE & ICE improves your life. I was looking for a place in my area that had an infrared sauna and I found this place that has several in addition to float tanks and cold pools! Needless to say, I always jump at the chance to support local, small businesses and help my sore body recover from the jiu-jitsu, Powerlifting, and Leg Days so I scheduled myself an appointment, the best decision I've made all week! First of all the place is very unassuming and tucked away in a shopping plaza and looks relatively small until you get inside. The smiling, welcoming energy was only second to the clean, spacious, well-appointed suite that I had all to myself for the better part of 90 minutes. If you aren't familiar with infrared saunas I highly recommend theme if you are wanting a way to recover from exercise, relax after a long day, improve blood pressure, sleep, etc. Gorgeous skin is another bonus. So after sweating for about 55minutes in the sauna it was time to cool off in the 42 degrees Celsius Cold pool! This was a pool the temperature of a glass of ice water. LOL! After 1 minute submerged I could not feel my Legs. this sounds like a bad thing but it isn't! As a retired competitive track athlete, I am very familiar with ice baths and this one was exceptional. Total I spent about 10 minutes alternating between my upper and lower body being submerged. An added benefit of getting cold near the end of the day is it helps you sleep deeper. So if you are looking for a place to help you recover, relax or "chill" this place has you covered and the staff are super nice.

    Open salt tank - Amazing

Tried something new!! If your body is telling you it's time to do something for you, I think I just found what the body is saying it needs! Transitions Wellness Center in Juno/Jupiter has many options to heal the body or just to help you relax. Today, I tried the salt float - 60 minutes to just relax and enjoy peace. What an amazing gift. A family member recommended I try the float tank to help with my aching joints, especially my knees. The process has been amazing!! I have gone a few weeks now and I'm hooked . I'm 60 but this is helping me feel like I'm in my 20s. They have other options as one day I may give them a try as well. Thank you Cole, Alicia, and Lou you are wonderful!!!!! Definitely five star!!!!!

LOVED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE My partner and I were so impressed with this business - we loved the Salt room experience, float tank and everything in between. Customer service is amazing - from the staff who helped us schedule our appointment to the reception staff on site when we arrived for our appointments. He even allowed us a few minutes extra in the Salt room, which was so generous. We had a super relaxing experience and this was a wonderful affordable date for couples.

Stellar. This experience was new and incredible pleasant. Floating is the perfect health reset I needed. The space was inviting and clean. The staff are pleasant and reassuring (no, you can't drown.) I found the float to be so comfortable. I alternated between drifting weightlessly as if through space and stretching, flexing, and isolating sore muscles. I opted to go without music. But spa-like tunes are available. In the silence, my breathing was the only sound. You can't get more off-the-grid. My hour-session felt more like three and the intro price of $49 was very doable. Floats are just $45/hour when you buy three. So I finished and bought two more. I haven't tried the salt cave, cold plunge or sauna yet. But I will definitely be back.

Tranquil and exceptionally clean . Great relaxing experience very nice to have cold plunge after infrared sauna

We headed over there and met Anthony. He had us fill out forms for a massage and read about the flotation tank. We then were taken to a room that had a massage table, the tank and a shower. We decided I would go in the tank first. I climbed inside the tank not knowing what to expect. When you go in the tank it has water with medical grade epsom salt. You go in nude and we were told they have a way they sanitize the water. The tank is only meant for one person at a time. Once inside I laid down and tried to relax. I found it difficult because I could not remember if my ears were supposed to be submerged. I finally decided to let my head go back and few minutes later sat up to see if water was affecting my ears. It seemed ok so I tried again to get into it. At some points I was relaxed and felt like I really was floating away and even felt like I was spinning which I knew was impossible but the feeling was a little too intense for me. I ended up stopping my experience in the sensory deprivation tank because I think I was afraid to let myself go. I would like to try it again. I felt bad because my husband's massage was abruptly stopped because I came out of the tank early. I told him to tell the massage therapist to finish. I was given a robe and relaxed for about 15 minutes in the other room. Then it was time for us to switch services so I returned. My husband lasted longer than I did in the tank but also ended his session early. My massage also ended abruptly because he came out of the sensory deprivation tank early as well. It was not their fault I could not finish my experience in the tank but I think the massages ended awkwardly and we had to tell the therapist it was ok to finish my husband's massage which is why I did not give 5 stars. I also think for a first timer in the tank the instructions on how far to put your head back were vague because my husband also said he was uncomfortable and unsure if his ears should have been submerged.

The flotation tank was nasty. Black paint chips just flaked off. The room is dark and at first I didn't see it, but when I touch the inside of the door the black paint on the inside of the tank just flaked all over my hand. The rubber lining of the tank was hanging off. The tank also smelled moldy. I was disgusted by the whole experience and hope I didn't catch anything from even setting foot in the tank. Don't go. At any price.

But I still bought a package a few months ago, to date myself to do it. It took me a few weeks but I finally made it in today. I walked in to a pleasant gal who confirmed we would do a tour since it was my first time. There was a nice waiting room in the front, that a person to grab a beverage from their fridge and relax before or after. She then went over the room and the details of the whole process. It was expected to show before and after which was in the same room. The whole set up was quite nice. The room had one soft light and a speaker system. Both systems ran on 1 on and off button that could be found even in the dark next to the water tank I settled in and turned off the light, but let the ambiance music play. It was impressive that the high salt content had me. Early floating on top of the water. It was an interesting hour. There were a few moments where I was really floating in time and space, disconnected from everything. It's was a unique feeling for sure. The hour was neither quick nor long. I was fine when the system let me know the time was up. I'm glad I did it, and plan to be back again soon.
