What an interesting experience! This was my first float, even though I was expecting a sensory deprivation tank, the float tub was nice! The staff were extremely friendly to my mom and I. They did a wonderful job explaining how this worked and making us comfortable. The private room was nice. I rinsed off (recommend) before floating and it was just me and myself and I for an hour of solitary thought. It's salt water, so it getting in my eyes was awful, but the give you a squeeze bottle of clean water to rinse. After the float, I had a lovely shower and went on my way. Staff was really nice, gave us a partial tour of the other rooms and services which were not in use. We enjoyed the private room for the infrared sauna and cold plunge, although very small...barely enough room for us both to dress and undress. My only complaint is that the sauna although it read 146 degrees was barely hot enough to draw a sweat from either myself or my husband. We have one at home that goes up to 120 degrees, and we are both sweating after 15 mins, so it is not accurate. I'd be interested in trying other services. They offer decent membership/point packages that can be shared and don't expire!j read more

Very clean, well organized with a super friendly staff. I spent 3 hours here the other day and got to experience a variety of treatments. I left this place feeling amazing, refreshed and focused. Man!! It'd be quicker to tell you what didn't go well. I LOVEE this place!!! It's truly been a godsend. I'm so glad it exists. It's been my sanctuary and reprieve - helping me to keep balance in this crazy thing we call life. I work at a high-performing company, so by Friday I can be wound up a little tight. One or two hours at Transitions Wellness & Performance, and I'm good as well! I literally tell everyone about this place. It is, as the young kids say, the bees knees. The staff is super nice. Lou is awesome, Alisha is awesome, Cole and Lizzy are both awesome. I wish I had went to this place when I first found it on Google. I waited 2-3 years to pull the trigger and, man, am I glad that I did. They literally have everything! I feel like a true king while I'm here. The only thing missing is someone feeding you grapes. FIRE & ICE improves your life. I was looking for a place in my area that had an infrared sauna and I found this place that has several in addition to float tanks and cold pools! Needless to say, I always jump at the chance to support local, small businesses and help my sore body recover from the jiu-jitsu, Powerlifting, and Leg Days so I scheduled myself an appointment, the best decision I've made all week! First of all the place is very unassuming and tucked away in a shopping plaza and looks relatively small until you get inside. The smiling, welcoming energy was only second to the clean, spacious, well-appointed suite that I had all to myself for the better part of 90 minutes. If you aren't familiar with infrared saunas I highly recommend theme if you are wanting a way to recover from exercise, relax after a long day, improve blood pressure, sleep, etc. Gorgeous skin is another bonus. So after sweating for about 55minutes in the sauna it was time to cool off in the 42 degrees Celsius Cold pool! This was a pool the temperature of a glass of ice water. LOL! After 1 minute submerged I could not feel my Legs. this sounds like a bad thing but it isn't! As a retired competitive track athlete, I am very familiar with ice baths and this one was exceptional. Total I spent about 10 minutes alternating between my upper and lower body being submerged. An added benefit of getting cold near the end of the day is it helps you sleep deeper. So if you are looking for a place to help you recover, relax or "chill" this place has you covered and the staff are super nice. read more

Transitions has a lot to offer, I love how the saunas and cold plunges are in the same room. They provide clean towels and a robe which is nice and convenient. Unfortunately, I felt that the sauna didn't get hot enough. The max is 140 and I am used to 150-160. read more

Transitions Wellness Center in Juno/Jupiter has many options to heal the body or just to help you relax. Today, I tried the salt float - 60 minutes to just relax and enjoy peace. What an amazing gift. A family member recommended I try the float tank to help with my aching joints, especially my knees. The process has been amazing!! I have gone a few weeks now and I'm hooked . My visit started very relaxing with the infrared sauna. The cold bath was very invigorating! Loved the massage chair even though the oxygen was not set up. The vibroacoustic bed was nice but half way through I could hear a man talking very loudly outside the room even with headphones on. Spoiled the whole relaxation effect. Turns out he is the new owner and is wanting to turn this into a recovery facility for athletes so the testosterone was turned way up......So much for the spa vibe I was looking for. Overall the place was very clean with towels and robes. Glad I brought my own flip flops for the wet areas. The salt chamber was very nice. Didn't really like the salt float. My BF and I are full time travelers, when I knew we would be heading south I decided a float would be the perfect late Valentines Day gift for my man. Trust me Transitions did not disappoint. Stellar. This experience was new and incredible pleasant. Floating is the perfect health reset I needed. The space was inviting and clean. The staff are pleasant and reassuring (no, you can't drown.) I found the float to be so comfortable. I alternated between drifting weightlessly as if through space and stretching, flexing, and isolating sore muscles. I opted to go without music. But spa-like tunes are available. In the silence, my breathing was the only sound. You can't get more off-the-grid. My hour-session felt more like three and the intro price of $49 was very doable. Floats are just $45/hour when you buy three. So I finished and bought two more. I haven't tried the salt cave, cold plunge or sauna yet. But I will definitely be back. read more

I purchased 2 float sessions and 2 sauna/cold plunge sessions last July (Christmas in July Special) . At the time of purchase, the offer stated that the purchase would never expire. I don't live in the area and I could not use these sessions until now due to health reasons. Today C I tried to use 1 of each and I was told the new owner would not honor them anymore. Even though Transitions has a record of my purchase, along with my email and phone, they never contacted me ti say that the new owner would only honor then until last week! I asked the desk person to have the manager contact me concerning this, but so far nothing! I am very disappointed that something could not be worked out. Second time here to float we always do one of the other amenities first to relax us my favorite is the vibroacoustic therapy!

Bought a Float for my husband to try at Xmas. He really enjoyed it. My concern was how do they clean the pods between clients but they showed him how. His shoulder felt the best it had in some time with the sheer relaxation of body not touching anything and feeling no tension. Staff are polite and friendly and they showed him thoroughly how it all works. Now he's going every other week or so. Def give it a try. read more

I was skeptical walking into my float session today but came out feeling amazing. I struggle with meditation and my mind tends to race anytime the idea of relaxing comes into play. I have also never done a float session before today. This float session worked for me. The initial feeling of being weightless is strange but between that and being deprived of all outside distractions, you feel a calming sensation. I never fell asleep during my session but my mind was able to relax and look at a lot of things in my life with a lot more clarity. Post float I have felt relaxed all day. Whether you are a local or visiting on vacation this is a must do in the Juno beach area. Those on vacation, do this during your first day or two, it will help put you in a relative mindset! I met Rochelle and her fiancé at the (We Survived) TurtleFest 2016. The enthusiasm, sincerity, friendliness, and warmth they each possess was a sure draw finding out as much as I could about floating in a float tank! I set an appointment later that same week. I floated with earplugs in, as provided in the room. As a first timer I was hesitant heading into the tank so I chose to keep the door of the tank a bit ajar for comfort. Once in there I was okay. It was amazingly surreal in a good way. I had to keep myself from giggling from the new, cool, unusually relaxing sensations I experienced during the time of my float! The sleep I had the night if the float was for REAL -- no kidding here -- the best I have had in years. And I am not just saying that. I have no affiliation to the business. I have two active children and a busy life. I never sleep through the night or that WELL. Also, the next day my energy was spot on. Rochelle and Dan are awesome, very warm people and keep a tidy space. Upon my request they patiently gave me a tutorial on the systems workings and how they keep the tank sanitary. Very private and comforting little spot. I called on a whim due to severe neck and shoulder tension/pain. I was desperate for relief and Rochelle was able to secure two float days, and even though they were booked solid Rochelle fit me in. I was a first time floater and was skeptical if this would help my issue. I was surprised that the tension/pain was almost gone after the float and continued into the evening about 80% better. The next day while in the tank my muscles were twitching for the first few minutes while they settled into the float trying to find their comfort zone. I had the same relief the second day as well. Their float tank is so spacious so you actually feel like you are floating in zero gravity, plus the water temperature is PERFECT, they even give you the option to make it warmer or colder based on personal preference. I have been multiple times and always have the most amazing experiences. Absolutely life changing, and the most relaxing place I have ever been to!! The studio always makes sure that you know about their fair policies when it comes to cancellations so they never hide anything from customers. The policies and FAQ are on their website and are always explained before someone pays, whcih I love, it is very rare when places do this! They are extremely helpful and are super eager to answer all of my questions (which, lets face it, I have ALOT of questions). The owner, Rochelle Dugan is insanely helpful and sweet, They put their heart and soul into making sure that you are comfortable,and they always make sure that they don't overcharge you for this awesome experience. Their shower and tank is very clean as well, even the pickiest of people would find it reassuring.
