After all, I can't remember the last time my septc tank was actually done, but figured preventive care was better than having a stinky mess. I called Marshall's and Erin was very nice. Easy to get an appointment and Marshall's was here Thursday morning, bright and early. These are the unsung heroes doing these dirty essential jobs. Glad to have them. I didn't catch the fellow's name, but he was very nice and in no time was able to find the septic tank. 1000 whatevers and we're good to go for another thousand years. Price was surprisingly inexpensive though I don't know what the going rate to get your septic tank cleaned these days. Great experience while in quarantine. Ryan gave me a quote that was significantly better than some other local companies, and was able to come out and fix it immediately. They promised they'd be there at 7am and be done by 3 the next day - and they held to their word! They came out, relined my sewer, installed a clean out, and covered up the hole by 3pm, even hauling away the big rocks they dug up. They did such a great job that I just hired them to repipe all the plumbing in my crawl space and yet again, they gave me a super reasonable bid and were 100% true to their word. This time a crew of 2 younger guys came out - they were extremely polite, got the job done in the time promised, and cleaned up and were on their way out in a day! Plumbing issues are a massive pain in the butt but these guys do live up to their names - they made the whole thing EASY. Every single employee I have interacted with from Liz in the office, Ryan giving bids, and now 3 other service guys have been amazing - super friendly and kind. This even includes the guy who came out at 7pm on a Sunday to clear the line when I first had the issue - nothing but amazing people work here. I decided to go with "Cured-In-Place Pipe" because it only requires a single hole approximately 2'x4' instead of a trench through my landscaping that would cut very big tree roots since the trench would have been within five feet of four very large trees. Replacing the pipe would also have left three feet of my old (orangeburg) pipe from curb to the city connection, unless willing to pay an additional thousand dollars for 3 more feet. Ryan and two crew members showed up at the scheduled 7 AM time and did an excellent job. Finishing around 2:30 PM after the city inspector approved the work. Ryan and his crew were professional and careful with all the landscaping. They installed a new ABS cleanout, backfilled and cleaned up the work area beautifully.

Thats what was in my bathroom when he finished. Doesn't look clear to me, now I am no plumber or septic pro, but come on. They offered a good faith refund of 100. I'm confused they said if it didn't work it would be a 250 refund not 100. Do not use! Do not recommend! Rip off!!! Zero stars.If you are not a plumber then you should not say I will clear the line for an additional 250 and if it doesn't work I won't charge you. The right thing to do would be to say you need a regular plumber if you couldn't do what I needed. Not charge me almost 1000 dollars to not fix the problem I wanted addressed. We talked on the phone also got bombarded by you and your wife via text. There is nothing more to talk about maybe you will be better and more clear and concise or just do the right thing and refund the 250.
