My 1st time trying Osmow's after hearing friends rave about it for the last few months.....wish I had tried it SOONER!! I had the beef & chicken on rice, with the house salad and it was delicious!! Friendly staff at the Wellington St location, and they helped me decide what to get with great patience and a smile. Ample seating for those who want to eat on prem, and a nice sized parking lot for those driving. I will definitely stop here the next time I'm in Aurora. read more

worst place ever, highschools come here on their brake, and the food is good, it could be better but good enough. The manager is so disrespectful, disgusting, and so rude to the teens here. There has been times where he has gotten many many many orders wrong and all he does is just kicks them out, yells and says "Thats your order i dont care, either eat, or leave." do not recommend ever. read more

Came here twice for some delicious chicken or beef on rocks and the quality and quantity was comparative to all the other osmow's we've been to. I'm actually very surprised that their rating is so low... Well my personal experiences so far have been pleasant. Food is consistent with your bigger city locations and staff have been polite. I came here for national shawarma day and they were so fast and cooked so much food ahead of time that I was amazed that they could keep up with the pace. We ordered food from Osmow's in Aurora for the first time. My daughter asked for falafel. What a big mistake we did. My husband ask for mild spice BUT our meal was so spicy that we couldn't eat it. The falafel was super dry. Our daughter started gagging even. When I called to complain about the amount of spice and asked for the name of the person on the line......Osmow's staff start raising voice and saying is our fault and they don't care about my daughter being sick and they can't do anything and at the end he hung up on me. I love osmows but this location is awful. I have had it twice and both times it was bad. the first time I managed to eat it all even though it tasted a little off but I had some stomach issues after. I just ordered a large chicken on the rocks tonight and I can't even eat half. The chicken is tough and dry. Then the sauce was very little so most of the rice is dry. The whole thing just tastes like it is old and went bad. I just wasted my time, my money and this huge plate of food. One bad experience happens but now 2 times months apart is just bad business practice. I have given up on this location. read more

The chicken tasted rotten! Wouldn't even give this a one star. Just terrible. We had a shawarma wrap and the surprise box. The chicken tasted as if it was days old and they wanted to get rid of it. I work in aurora, but live in another city so osmows to me I probably have had 20 times multiple different locations (maple, Brampton, Newmarket, North York) all which have been pretty good or better. This one on the other hand unfortunately is the worst location. The service is below par with the same particular employee looking like he simply doesn't want to be there. The large container at this particular location gets filled like a medium, I'm not sure if due to the pandemic they are cutting back whatever the case is, and the chicken must be sitting in trays for hours because it's so dry and god forbid you ask for more sauce you get slapped with a 50 cent charge. The owner needs to quality control and reassess his staff. read more

Be advised that the spice level may be more than you bargain for! We have eaten at Osmos in Aurora several times with no issues, our last order, medium spice as usual on our meal was so spice that we couldn't eat it. When my wife called to complain about the amount of spice and asked for the name of the person on the line......Osmos staff hung up on her. Big mistake on there part! I gave this place a try 3 times... First time, just opened too, it was awesome! Great service and quick! Second time, about a month or 2 later, after opening, slower service, seemed like the employees were annoyed with decisions people had to make for their orders and what surprised me the most and maybe I didn't notice it before but everything at least for plate orders, come in styrofoam containers!! Third time, ok a few months have passed, "let's give this place another try" I think to myself, close to work, plus I'll call my ahead. Hmmm, no answer? 11:45am, they must be busy. Ah, fuck it, l just go there, shouldn't be that busy, right before noon. Well, it wasn't busy, however, employees from the hair salon next door all decided to walk in just before a few of us. That's fine, there's only 4 of them. Yeah, well, they couldn't decide what they wanted, not to mention all the options they could have on their simple shawarmas! Anywho, 15-20min later, I finally got to order. Needless to say, that was way too long! Fast forward, got my plate dinner order, WTF!?!! 2 Styro containers, not small either, I'm eating in...I was asked. Come on! Are we going backwards when it comes to being environmentally friendly?!! In all times I've been here to eat in, I might add, all plate meals were served in stryofoam containers and always with plastic forks and knives. As for the food and its quality, it went downhill, just like its service! I can see them closing their doors in about half a year! That's unless, the schools located nearby keep them open, and yeah better not go there during school lunchtime!! read more

I was in this plaza to get some fries from Stanley's right next door to these guys when I spotted a sign that stated that their Falafel and Swarma were rated number 1. By whom??? This must be a designation they bestowed upon themselves or one that was achieved by one of their other locations this place however, epic fail. The guy who took my money was probably the owner because I had to get him out in front before he understood what I was ordering, I was reading it right off the menu and my English is pretty good. So I placed an order for 2 sides; a small chicken and a small Falafel. Most of the best Swarma places I have been to the minute you order it gets sliced off the stack on the rack. Not here. They had two bins of chicken by the grill and as they needed it they fished it out of the bins and onto the grill. Now, as everybody knows; the minute you do that THE CHICKEN DRIES OUT. That is why you slice it fresh because it gets to the client hot and juicy. So they put my chicken in a container and put it on the cold counter in front of me. I look around for the Falafel but both fryers are standing empty with nobody around them. I look at the guy who served me and he gets there is something wrong as I ask "where is the Falafel?" There is some minor exchange of words and my Falafel goes into the oil... my chicken is still on the counter. I point this fact out to the owner who asked if I wanted to have it replaced. I graciously said no. What he should have done is, without consulting me, made that container disappear and have a fresh one made up when the Falafel were done. 5 minutes later my Falafel arrived and my chicken had been on the counter for a good 10 minutes. I took the food out to my son waiting in the car who had a taste of the chicken and immediately asked me for some more fries. Frankly, I am not likely to try out any of their other locations based on this experience. The chicken was, as expected dried out and lukewarm. The Falafel scored better but when compared to what used to be the standard at Aida's on Yonge Street they were a pale competitor. Even Villa Medina at the Upper Canada Mall Food Court does a better job at both the Falafel and the chicken. If you are out for a bite in this mall, walk next door to Stanley's Fish and Chips, your money will be better spent there. read more

I do construction and i eat at osmow's everywhere i go this location is the worst osmos i've ever had they charge the same price and put less than everywhere i been before too slow always one guy serving only.. defiantly the worst. read more

It's very cheap but, oily, VERY OILY! I ordered takeout and my entire bag was covered by oil and too ling of a wait!
