I've been a patient there for probably 20 years. Why didn't she tell me they don't do root canals!? Well, that's not their normal conversation. I let her know that was poor customer service. now that's cost my husband days waiting for this appt, when he could have gotten in someplace where they do root canals. She argued with me and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. I hope Dr. Drew sees this and reaps her a new attitude. Customer Service is priority and on top of it, she gladly removed my next appt. Go someplace else.

My old dentist in the city found a big cavity that frankly they missed. They showed me the x-ray and I couldn't see what they were talking about. Now the problem was going to require a root canal. I don't usually get nervous at the dentist, but I was. An ongoing issue with my old dentist was that it was too far away. Even if I went with my old dentist, the trip would be an hour drive both ways - possibly multiple trips. I needed to find someone closer. So, I found a new dentist here in Shawnee. These folks took very good care of me. I didn't feel rushed. The equipment is excellent. Their x-ray showed the problem clearly - even with my untrained eyes. The decay was close to the nerve. I didn't want a root canal if at possible. They respected that choice. After it became clear to me that this is what needed to happen, they got me in more quickly than I expected. The estimate was accurate. The equipment was modern. They don't use paper forms; just taps and swipes - very cool. This is where I am taking my family. I'm setting up an appointment today for cleanings.

They did such an amazing job on my ventures that everybody thinks that they're real I would recommend this establishment to anybody who is wanting Natural looking dentures that look like real teeth. I get compliments all the time on them and people think they're real so head yourself down there if you want a beautiful smile and they have a five-year warranty on their dentures!
