I even pointed to another table's bacon and explained I couldn't eat undercooked bacon. She said she understood. She brought me raw bacon. When I asked her to fix it, she and the cook laughed. He threw it back on the grill for a few seconds, then sent it right back. Still barely cooked. Mistakes happen. Mocking a customer for asking to have their food cooked properly is unacceptable. Now I understand why the restaurant was nearly empty. It isn't the food or the location--it's the rude, lazy staff. This place deserves employees who actually care about customers.

Got here early for our flight and experienced both breakfast and lunch/dinner. Morning staff was super friendly and in a great mood. Gluten free options are crackers, bread, muffin, and a cake all prepackaged. If you can get yo the good first, the veggies, cheese, and salami are options. But if you aren't first there's risk of cross contamination. Plenty of seats with charging options. A/C is minimal so sit in the booth chairs: there's a vent by your feet. Only four stars because the bathroom is outside but the beer restaurant. And there isn't BA staff to help with a reservation.
