I live 2.5 away so I didn't really know where to go. I left my Jeep in their lot and dropped my key in the Dropbox. I called them in the AM to explain. They call me back after looking at it. On Friday, before 3pm, it was finished! They were so nice on the phone, helped me make arrangements to come get it and the pricing was totally fair! The next day was called that oil change was done and suggested that we may want the brakes done as they were at 20%. The noise was a wheel bearing and that was going. I gave approval to do all the work and that I knew that we might as well do the right bearing too. All the work was completed the next day and the price was more than fair. Highly recommended them.

The good news is I live really close to Barnes towing and tire. I drove in and rang the bell, and Tim came out to help me. It took about 10 minutes to finish the car he was working on and he took my car back. 15 minutes later he came out and told me that I had a tiny nail, causing a tiny leak in my tire, I was so relieved he was able to repair it before the trip. I have nothing but great things to say about Tim and this company, they really helped me out. The price was great, I love being able to use neighborhood businesses that do a great job. They cancelled the pick up 3 times before finally coming. Mind you this is a short summary of 6 hours of waiting and calling OnStar again and again. Barnes finally sends someone out to tow the vehicle with the wrong type of tow truck. The driver tells me he need to try to jump my vehicle but somehow doesn't have a jump box. He said he was going to run up the street to get a jump box. After an hour of waiting, I find out that they cancelled the tow again. I finally gave up and called Coastal towing. They were right over to pick up my vehicle. If you want to waste a day call Barnes. If not, call someone else. If you have OnStar and they say they are calling Barnes for you, demand that they call someone else or you'll surely be in trouble. These guys are the worst!!!
