I live 2.5 away so I didn't really know where to go. I left my Jeep in their lot and dropped my key in the Dropbox. I called them in the AM to explain. They call me back after looking at it. On Friday, before 3pm, it was finished! They were so nice on the phone, helped me make arrangements to come get it and the pricing was totally fair! Called and took my wife's Nissan pathfinder in for oil change, check brakes and look into why a…read morenoise was coming from the right front wheel. Was able to drop off early. The next day was called that oil change was done and suggested that we may want the brakes done as they were at 20%. The noise was a wheel bearing and that was going. I gave approval to do all the work and that I knew that we might as well do the right bearing too. All the work was completed the next day and the price was more than fair. Highly recommended them.

The good news is I live really close to Barnes towing and tire. I drove in and rang the bell, and Tim came out to help me. It took about 10 minutes to finish the car he was working on and he took my car back. 15 minutes later he came out and told me that I had a tiny nail, causing a tiny leak in my tire, I was so relieved he was able to repair it before the trip. I have nothing but great things to say about Tim and this company, they really helped me out. The price was great, I love being able to use neighborhood businesses that do a great job. The owner ordered the alternator for us and came in on a Saturday, when he is usually closed, to install it. His wife was wonderful too. She drove me to a local hotel which she recommended.
