Glenn tells you that they have too many appointments to put on a new tire with all the bells and whistles, BUT they will sell you a tire and put it on the wheel; you just need to put the wheel back on yourself. *** So, considering they were able to accommodate us, and did the work for basically the cost of the tire, and did the whole thing in under half an hour, I would definitely recommend this place at least for tire work. As an added perk, they have a REALLY nice waiting area. Very clean counters and tables (the bathroom virtually sparkled). Most impressive, there are loads of toys and books for children, which was important for me, given that my two kiddos had put up with enough delay to their vacation and were getting antsy. The employees were quick to help me as soon as I walked in and even though they couldn't look at the tire immediately they made an appointment for me to come back the next morning. Even before I left Jesse looked at the tire to make sure it was safe for me to drive. That is above and beyond what I expected. The next morning I came back and was immediately helped. The waiting room was wonderful. It had fresh coffee and snacks and was just way overall very comfortable. Within 30 minutes my car was done and I paid for the repair which was only $30. The service manager John was very efficient and helpful and Matt did a wonderful job. When I got in my car I had a nice note and a new air freshener from Matt . I honestly never expected this level of care from a chain tire repair place in a tourist town no less. I highly highly recommend them.

He was more than accommodating, giving me past service history. He remembered both previous owners of the vehicle and advised me that I bought a very solid car. He also told me that if I ever wanted to sell it back to him to let him know. So I've never had my car serviced at OC imports, but I can say their customer service is fantastic. Even for someone out of state who probably wont become a customer due to distance. I guess what I'm saying is they made a stranger feel like an important customer, and that is hard to find in todays business world.
