I went there to retrieve my property. "Some" things were returned but a laundry list of things were NOT. I gave the young lady at the front desk an opportunity to check if my things were "misplaced" somewhere else because she told me she had removed them. She then said that she never saw my things that were missing but, then said that she had placed them in the bags. After multiple calls and 2 voicemails nothing. I even posted to Facebook trying to get a secondary number. Finally I was able the speak to someone posing as a manger/supervisor. He was VERY cold and dismissive about my property NEVER once did he apologize for my inconvenience. He referred to my things as trinkets and let me know that the employees get paid way too much to steal my little things. Yet they are MISSING! I even attempted to give him a list of my things but, he over talked me telling me, "I don't deal with the public". I just know there are some sticky little fingers there regardless of how much they're being pay.

It's no complete surprise given the same company that towed my vehicle is also ownes by the same business I purchased my truck from. Had it been a black owned towing business I don't believe my personal effects would have been handled on such a way.

I live 2.5 away so I didn't really know where to go. I left my Jeep in their lot and dropped my key in the Dropbox. I called them in the AM to explain. They call me back after looking at it. On Friday, before 3pm, it was finished! They were so nice on the phone, helped me make arrangements to come get it and the pricing was totally fair! I could be happier and would def recommend these guys!

Called and took my wife's Nissan pathfinder in for oil change, check brakes and look into why a…read morenoise was coming from the right front wheel. Was able to drop off early. The next day was called that oil change was done and suggested that we may want the brakes done as they were at 20%. The noise was a wheel bearing and that was going. I gave approval to do all the work and that I knew that we might as well do the right bearing too. All the work was completed the next day and the price was more than fair. Highly recommended them.

The lady who works there is very professional and friendly over phone and in-person. I had my car towed over after being given the number for a tow service. After evaluating my vehicle, the shop ordered the necessary part needed to fix my car before the Thanksgiving holiday. I was unable to drop in to pickup my vehicle a couple of times during and afterwards, but the shop are understanding that things tend to come up in a person's hectic schedule.

Our vehicle had bad brake lines that were rusted through in spots. Unfortunately he missed the area…read morewhere the main problem was and we had to point it out the following day. He spent most of the next day attempting to put new brake lines on but was not able to complete it because of a special component. To make up for that hassle and honestly what kept our business with him was that he didn't charge for the attempted repairs and picked up the towing cost to take it to a dealer. We've taken other vehicles there and the routine maintenance has been good on them. Like any other auto repair shop you should make sure the issue has been fixed and not just assume it has. Though he missed the somewhat obvious initial problem, Storm (the owner) is about as trustworthy as they come in the maintenance business and will work hard to fix your vehicle without cheating you out of money. We would recommend him.
