The Beach Cafè is not open til Thursday so for tues and wed the general store is a life saver! This place opens for breakfast at 6:30am! True, they may not be like a full on diner but it did the job! I had a French toast breakfast for $7.50 which came with 2 thick slices of French toast, 2 patties of sausage (or bacon) and 2 eggs done your way. My hubby had their traditional breakfast with 2 eggs,toast, 2 sausage patties or bacon and hash brown (broken up potato patty not traditional hash brown) for $7.50. Super cheap and it did the job! Coffee was self serve like at a gas station. If you don't want to cook and save time grab breakfast here. They also serve to go breakfast items like breakfast sandwich/burrito. Super hot and decent! They have a good selection of hot deli counter items and an ice cream cone section. Looks like they serve Tillamook ice cream. The grocery end has a good selection of snacks and drinks. They even have pocky! Super impressed! The coconut water inside the fridge was really delicious. It's a lil spendy for $2.79 but it doesn't have preservatives and was super thirst quenching compared to plain water. I believe it's called kola brand. A very clean store with good friendly staffs!!

I had a very concerning experience at Potholes General Store…read more I inserted my credit card at the gas pump, but the screen froze on the "Please Wait" message. After several minutes, an employee told me the pump was out of order and that the transaction had not gone through. The following day, I received a notification from my credit card company about a pending $250 transaction, which I did not authorize. I immediately reported it as an unauthorized charge and my bank opened an investigation. I can't say what caused this, but the timing is extremely concerning. I strongly recommend that anyone using the fuel pumps here carefully monitor their credit card statements and receipts. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this business, and I will not be returning until this matter is fully resolved.

This location by far, has the BEST Dog Park that we have been to (in 5 states!) It has a large beautiful grassy area that is very CLEAN!! It does not reek of dog urine. There was a grounds keeper on site watering everything down, beautifying the area. He was very nice and pleasant (sorry didn't get his name. We talked about his 7 year old pup that has seizures) There are two sections of the Dog Park which was awesome! One section for small dogs that are 30lbs or less, and another for dogs that are 30lbs or larger. Our 6 month old pup, Sage is 45lbs and is extremely energetic & loves playing with other pups, however it was good that there was a gate separating the two sides, as she really wanted to play with a teeny tiny pup. It was better that she say hello through the fence instead. This area was very nice & the human restrooms were very clean & spotless as well! I'm really surprised not very many people gave this place a review, as they definitely deserve all the 5 star reviews!

The best thing about Love's is that they have large clean bathrooms with plenty of stalls! This one connected to a Subway, and others had different chains like Hardee's, etc. They had some hot dogs, taquitos etc in a warmer, and various snacks and drinks that are overpriced like your usual gas station. I also heard them announce that the shower is ready for someone, though i didn't check that option out.

This is a comfort stop for Motorcoaches such as Greyhound, Trailways, etc. I was one of those people. I wanted to get something to drink, and a little snackie-poo for the road. I get up to the cashier, and they say, "NO EBT!" Wait, what, no EBT?? Are you kidding me??? All I have is EBT. I'm sure there are a TON of people who only have EBT as their method of payment. I felt discriminated against, because I am positive I am not the only person to have EBT as their only payment method. I mean, really?? There's nothing like having to take the walk of shame to put your stuff back. I feel it's important to use this platform as a means of change. Please, make EBT a payment method. Maybe Ernie doesn't care what their poor patrons have to say, but it sure feels like it. There are some great things I can say about this place, but until they make it so everyone can pay, then the stars stay as-is. To clarify, this was my second visit to Ernie's, and they didn't have EBT as a method of payment. I thought maybe it was a one-off, but when I came back and the no EBT sign was still up, I thought, "maybe this is how they do things." Ernie's, you need to make this right.
