I wish I had before and after shots, because it was night and day! The van came out looking brand new!! It felt nice to go on our road trip looking fresh. A few weeks later, we took our car (black color) in and it also came out looking fantastic! When I got home, I noticed the driver's side mirror was jacked up though (not just out of alignment). I took it apart and realized that the mechanism is just old (2002 model year) and clearly worn out. If I didn't disassemble the part, I could have easily thought it was clumsily damaged during the cleaning process. (This is a reminder that it this kind of stuff happens to older vehicles and it could have happened to anyone who was cleaning) It's also nice supporting a local small business instead of a faceless franchise. The owners are genuine and very personable.

Take it back to les Schwab to be inspected and come to find out they didn't fix what they said they did. Now they're telling me I have to pay more money for these parts when I was sold the car and the main problem was not fixed. I went inside this time and asked about it, the cashier told me I would get cash price and I ran it inside. Nope, still 3.159 instead of the 3.099. I was always a chevron gas guy and I worked at a chevron for 3.5 years, but now I'm exclusively going to the shell next door. I tried much harder to give you my business than your establishment did to earn it. I still like chevron gas but I will never be going here again.

Trying to get ahold of someone on the phone in service is next to impossible. They told me several times they would come to my house to fix it and that I shouldn't drive it anywhere. They never showed up to fix it. I would highly advise anyone to get your vehicle serviced somewhere else. This is not a professional establishment.
