Most incompetent and functionally illiterate and systemically antisemitic staff includes camp counselor Jimmy Deleo and his partner in crime Nicole Gulliver. While Deleo and Gulliver are too busy writing up falsified incident reports against Jews totaling 39/41 for a a population that is 30 % Jewish the administration usually doesn't care. There a re a handful of nice guys in the camp like d Johnson and morales who more than do their job effectively and efficiently and by the book but the former two live to make it hard especially because they're two miserable individuals. While Gulliver is getting knocked up by many employees Deleo lives yelling out his systemic antisemitic comments line f----ing Jew since that's who he is. Nicole tried to hide it it's quite obvious with her behavior in administration not filing appropriate legal documents violating one's civil rights while aiding and abetting Deleo in his obstruction of Justice and falsification of evidence in Addition to perjury. All these complaints have been forwarded to the current and previous wardens but in a normal setting these illegal egregious torts would not only get someone fired but also prosecuted however the BOP loves to cover for their employees who are the ones who should be locked up . Then there the medical staff led by an incompetent physician who has EMTs practicing medicine without a license while also dispensing medications both in violation of the medical practice act and pharmacy act and in reality felonies. Then there's the medical staff that violate hippa and osha protocols on a regular basis. Add in the kitchen staff supervisor of Dillon who always liked giving the kosher kitchen moldy and rotten vegetables on purpose. Add in SIS witkowski who lives to also cover for his little buddies instead of reporting the truth and nothing but the truth and people wonder who are really the criminals. Then there's Ms Tourek who loves stealing from the warehouse while hitting on the tall big campers and even asking someone to live by her so he can repair stuff for her . but all in all Deleo wasn't as bad as dollar bill Scalba who took tips for getting furloughs allegedly. But Deleo does allow his personal assistants to do other peoples work like jimmy and goon boy who are paid by the other campers. Some people would call this l money laundering and tax evasion but Deleo and Gulliver always have their pets special privileges no matter how much it broke the law. Part I Speaking of the alleged medical staff on the top comprised of Dr Linley MD and Dr E Wilson DMDone would wonder if they are even licensed much less competent. Wilson us a history of falsifying medical/ dental charts just making up dental periodontal Probings while acting as an alleged oral surgeon breaking teeth all the time . Her inability to make emergency appointments that she's supposed to attend Wednesday's at 7 am is quite accomplishing since she rarely of ever shows up. Then she leaves directly after lunch at one pm most of the time after maybe seeing or damaging maybe three patients. Then there's Dr Linley MD. Some wonder how did he get a degree since he seems clueless and lacking knowledge of some basic conditions much less allowing EMT and we all wonder if they're licensed to practice medicine. for example the EMTs change any patient that's on metformin to insulin. Now a months supply of insulin is about $35-40 versus metformin that is $1200-1900 per month. When there's pushback by patients who are more educated they they have to bite the bullet. Moreover they also do this with heart medication as in Shelly silver's case. They reduced his heart medication and he was developing peripheral edema ... he was leaking fluid from his legs that became inflamed with all the fluid. The low IQ EMT ( take your pick nibbs , gin, santorelli , kabonick or any others ) treatment was to give his roomie gloves and bandages to absorb the leaking edematous fluid. What any emt should know since it's part of their training and written exam is diagnostically that's right side congestive heart failure which he didn't have when he entered but occurred obviously because the duFUS emt not only reduced his meds but negligently also didn't the simple diagnosis. But staff doesn't care nor does the administration since it's all a numbers game for them . One has to wonder of the stafff much les the warden and administration would allow the medical staff to administer treatment to them or would any judge who calls this acceptable treatment would allow it too. However the legal term for this gross malpractice negligence is standard of care that every practitioner is held to for anyone and everyone. There is no exception and the BOP doesn't have chevron deference to rewrite the medical practice act nor the pharmacy act when their staff are committing multiple felonies daily. To review Otisville one needs to review the staff. Medical staff aka EMTs reduced his diuretic medication and he developed right side congestive heart failure as evidenced by his dependent edema in his legs leaking water. and fluid regularly. But all the emt staff did (notably Gibbs and nibbs ) was just give his bunk mate gloves and bandages. Mind you EMTs are taught this basic diagnostic medical condition but the fact the staff never reported it to Dr Mengele aka Dr Linley is UN fathomable and assisted in his early demise less than a year later. But their incompetence and felonious behavior has no boundaries hs no limits as they also falsify medical records. Then again she never shows up Wednesday mornings at 7 am for dental checks in camp and leaves early after lunch by one pm. Well her history as an oral surgeon is an abysmal failure since she breaks teeth on a regular basis. But the credit for supervising this staff goes to medical director Dr Linley as well as associate warden J. Elmore who allow these egregious felonious behaviors. Then one can also critique officer Turek who lives to steal from the warehouse on a regular basis. There's always the pumpkin pies she loves to take home for thanksgiving or a box of burritos she has a camper put in her car or whatever else she could lift . her sticky fingers touch anything and everything. But supposedly Jameson was supposed to crack down on all of this but the jury is still out. Not as if SIS will do anything with Witkowski who loves to cover for his fellow partners in crime.
