She thoroughly explained our rental agreement/payment plan (made sure we had copies of everything), was quick to answer our text messages when we had questions, provided us with all of the necessary supplemental documentation for our liquor license, and helped reassure us to not stress when we had issues with emptying out the hall the following day. She even went as far to come out the night of our event to coach our cleanup crew, making sure they did everything correctly after we left the reception. Highly recommend!
