So got 2 beers an americano, quesadilla and corn cakes with chicken. The quesadillas were made with a Mexican Oaxaca cheese instead the cheddar and Monterey Jack that's found in the states. So it was quite good. The corn cakes were sopes. I know what sopes are but I didn't know they they were translated into corn cakes. That's the problem with translating it into English. We got them with chicken they were also quite good. The corn cake base was tender, I'm used to them being hard and rubbery so it was nice to finally enjoy a sope. Service was prompt and friendly, there was a tablet with English which made it easy. The prices are high but it's the type of place that you go for the experience.

We started with complimentary fresh salsas and a savory cheesy bite. Very nice! One of the salsas had a real spicy kick, which I enjoyed. Also split and shared: - Sopa de Lima, a regional chicken and lime soup. Loved this! It was a light, brothy dish, and felt very nourishing. Delicious.
