Booked the car in for the quoted repairs supplying my own branded parts as discussed before the job was done. After getting the car home I discovered 3 of the parts were not installed. Phoned him on Friday. Was told I'd be phoned back. I phoned back mid-Monday because he didn't call back. He only offered to install free 1 of 3 parts and refused a partial refund. I asked him to cover uninstalled parts to which he refused. Would not refer him to my worst enemy as the whole experience left me wishing I had gone elsewhere.

I love what they're doing with this place!…read more THE PETROL IS ALWAYS CHEAP. It's not uncommon for the petrol to be cheaper here than down in town. So yeah, it's a service station, but there's so much more! Staff are cheerful and helpful and the opening hours are long (i.e. they don't shut up shop at 5pm). The coffee is pretty good, generally better than Millies up the road who used to hold the crown for best coffee in Nairne (I don't bother going back there anymore). They also bake some of their own goods which are tasty and well priced. There's a mini convenience store in there as well with the basic necessities. BIG HINT - prices are cheaper here than up the road at the Nairne Store. And they're not much more than you'd pay at the big supermarkets at Mount Barker. I was quite shocked at how cheap they were. All in all this is a local business that's isn't just worth supporting because they're local, they're actually extremely good value for money (in many ways I think they're cheaper than they need to be), friendly service and lovely quality produce.
