Unfortunately my prepping skills were not great. Rather that just paint the house per my wishes, Jake and Ben had to do a fair amount of scraping to make sure the painting job would last. Jake explained he could not in good conscious do a fast job if it was not a quality one. He did not try to renegotiate a price, he simply did a fantastic, fast, quality job.
