This place is shameful. Like the previous reviewer said, you cannot get someone on the phone to talk about billing. They make it as difficult as possible to pay your bill. AND once my bill was paid, they still tried to send it to collections! I paid my bill. Two months later they tried to send it to collections. So unbelievably incompetent. They could have ruined my credit and the only response I got was a poorly written email riddled with spelling errors. What a joke. Don't use this place. It'll make your mental health worse. read more

This place is terrible to deal with! I've been getting double billed and cannot get a response back from anyone in the billing department!
