The park spans 127 acres and was previously owned by Cosco Products company, which hoped to create an employee recreational area, but it was never fully developed. The county received the property from the Cosco in 2007. The park's name, ECO, is an acronym derived from Employees of Cosco (ECO). The work "Lake" was added to the name to highlight the lake. The park runs along ECO Lake and has an ample amount of parking available. You will find a nice public boat launch that feeds right into the lake. There are also picnic tables and benches positioned in locations around the lake's perimeter. They provide very scenic views. The park has a sand volleyball court and a basketball court right next to each other. They are in fair to good shape. This park features a lot of green space, a moderate amount of shade, a picnic shelter with picnic tables under it, and a playground area. The playground area is not the most modern, but it is decent. It has a medium sized metal play structure with a bunch of slides, a net climber, and monkey bars. The playground also has a bank of traditional swings, monkey bars, and pull up bars. This is a very nice, low key park with lots of open pace. There is a gravel road that leads to the back of the park. That road will take you to camp sites and only registered campers are authorized to go past the gate. I like this park, but think it is just in a bad location. It could use a little bit of an upgrade such as a new shelter because the current one is in bad repair and maybe a restroom facility. They current have a port a potty there, that is located by the shelter and playground area. Definitely a nice place to visit and get access to the lake. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

How are a group of adults suppose to enjoy their off day at this business if they can't simply relax and have a beer? I try to go back to this place every year thinking it's fun, but it's just not how it use to be. Staff are always rude as well. Wish I could go back 5 years when this place was at its peak.

(317) 384-2212 He is informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall just a cool dude that loves to talk bowling & loves to help others that are interested in bowling, to find the right ball for them, the right shoes, accessories, etc. I definitely recommend checking his pro shop out if you're looking for a new ball, shoes, etc, or if you're just in the alley and want to drop in to say what's up. He has a great selection of bowling balls in stock, and if he doesn't have the one you're looking for on the shelf, he can order it direct to the store and drill it for you on the spot.

The condition of both is okay with the playground equipment seeming to be in pretty good shape. The shade helps keep the kids cool while playing. The shelter has restrooms available, tables and grills too. There doesn't seem to be any walking trails and there is a concrete pad near the playground that has no obvious purpose. This is a very nice bike/skate park located between Youngs Creek Park and Province Park. It is one…read moreof the better ones that I have seen and is well maintained. It has about 7 structures for shredding including quarter pipes, spines, flat banks, half-pyramids, hips, fly boxes, ledges, and boxes, some of which are put together into some very interesting obstacle combinations. The park's mini ramp is about 6ft. tall and approx. 8ft wide The park has an ample amount of parking spots available and unfortunately is known for severe flooding. Even though the park dates back to 2008, it looks new, because technically it is. It had to be rebuilt a couple of times due to flooding. Thank goodness for insurance. The park is also very well maintained. The obstacles are constructed of ARC-sourced prefab steel. They are very sturdy. It should also be noted that it is not lighted, nor fenced in. They also do not have restroom facilities either. There is a picnic table off to the side of the park to sit and take a break or eat some lunch. I am what you would call a poser in the skate world, but I do know a good skate park when I see it. This is a very good skate park and I like it a lot. This is a destination action park, located in the small town of Franklin, right behind the police department, that I highly recommend checking out if you are looking for a nice place to shred.

We visited for the first time last week and we will definitely be back. It is only $6, however, I gave $10 because they are ran solely by volunteers and funding. The place smelled great and it was very clean. Normally in these types of environments they can sometimes get messy/germ filled, I did not feel this way about this playroom at all! This playroom/gym is parent led play time, which allows you to play with your children and have fun. The owner was very friendly. I will definitely recommend this playroom to all the parents I know!

I wish that ZERO stars was an option, The owner wouldn't call me back. I missed several days of work, as well as incurring some astronomical hospital and surgery bills, having 2 surgeries on one wrist and casts on BOTH = not very convenient for an American Sign Language Interpreter to say the least. It looked like a nicely kept rink, has great reviews, and also has a fantastic birthday package. On the day of our party, I realized they had several birthday parties booked. However, I quickly learned how extremely organized and efficient they are. There was not a single thing that I had to do, other than skate and have a good time with our party of friends and family. Our guests were instructed to check their gifts in at the concession stand, and they put them all into a giant tote and put them back for safe keeping. I was told what time they would announce her birthday on the floor and bring her cake out to sing Happy Birthday. From there, they led us back to where our tables were set with plates, sodas, napkins, and forks. When everyone had gathered, they brought out the pizzas with spatulas so we could serve ourselves. I noticed them cutting up the cake and plating it as we enjoyed our pizza. As they served us each slices of cake, I was told to let them know when we were ready for gifts and they would bring them out. When we were all finished, they were happy to put her gifts in the back again so I could skate and retrieve the presents when we left. This is a clean and very well-kept skating rink. The rental skates are in good shape, and they're happy to help you with tightening or loosening wheels. Even the bathrooms were clean and well kept. I wish I had taken more photos for my review, but we were having so much fun, I completely forgot. Sorry Yelpers! You'll just have to go and experience this one for yourselves!
