One other contractor to stay away from is Jeff Giefer Drywall, he is an X-marine, Christen and a self proclaimed thief. If your into a self righteous vulgar speaking individuals he's your man. This project was supposed to be fun for me and my responsibility to these people was to pay the bill which I did, there responsibility to me was to do their best with quality workmanship and not act like a DEI hire. Your work speaks for itself and your only as good as your last Job. Sorry about the rant, but I am a little angry, I hope that doesn't show to much but enough to get my point across, aside from these losers Jeremey is the best of the best. Overall I am highly satisfied with this business. Jerry, the owner, came out and personally measured my window openings for the new window order, and quoted me a fair price for his removal/install work. He let me know when the windows had arrived from the factory in St. Cloud, MN. He set up an install date that was convenient for me. His crews did the removal and replacement over 2 days time, and Jerry came to the house both days to ensure all went well. The first day he had 4 workmen, and the second day he sent 7 workmen, who were all polite, competent and cleaned up debris and around the house before they left. However, it took 30 hours to install a furnace and do some minor duct work. They charged 200 an hour, so 6000 on labor alone. Additionally, they failed to do their homework properly on what the job needed and needed to make an emergency after hours run for 300 in parts. This caused a charge of almost 1000 for the after hours service. They pushed back the job 3 times going from a weekday to a weekend and charged me for the 'emergency" which was caused due to them changing times repeatedly. This also does not include putting in an ac unit which they were unable to do. They said this was a "favor" but how is it a favor if you are making 6k in a weekend? Then blamed others when the responsibility for communicating with the person paying the bill is your job. Very disappointed overall. Especially with how they handled this situation after sending the bill.
