The installer would have come multiple times without fixing the issue and charged me for his guys sitting in their truck smoking while "conferring with the experts". Messaged Scott through Facebook on Saturday, he responded within an hour or so, and came over the next day (Sunday!!!). I asked him to check all of my outlets, and we covered every inch of my house (basement plus three flours) from switches to outlets to loose wires to light sockets (note: my house was built in 1919 and has some original wiring in place). I asked about a hundred questions and Scott answered them all. Scott not only got the power back on for me, but took care of a couple other fixes as well. All this in the span of an hour and a half. He went the extra mile times ten. Pleasant, extremely knowledgeable (this guy knows his stuff), honest, thorough, prompt, and didn't charge an arm & a leg. I will never call another electrician again. This is your guy, folks.

Not only are their prices higher than others in the area, their customer service is terrible! After…read morepaying $1000s for installation of new hot water heater, water softener and hooking up well pump, they don't offer any instruction on shutting down for the winter (at cabin). Also had them out to see about a potential leak in the bathroom and they charged $175 to run the shower and flush the toilet a few times then said there's no leak and couldn't tell where the water was coming from. When I questioned the charges, they locked our account from rec'g any service in the future. Would definitely NOT recommend!
