I got one of their higher-end packages today as the inside hasn't been done in a while, and it makes me feel a lot better about keeping the car for awhile. The SUV looks much better. This was not my idea of a quick car wash, and I could not get the attention of any of the employees. None of them apparently thought explaining why I wasn't entering the car wash was their job. So I left, and I called the phone number on the receipt - 539-239-2035. A man answered, I said I wanted a refund, and he said to come by and they would take care of it. Not exactly my idea of a great resolution - having to go back to the location that had been totally nonresponsive when all I wanted was a car wash. I went back, and the manager refused to do anything, and said that they *couldn't* give me a refund. She seemed to think I was lying about the phone call and the man saying that she would give me a refund. I called the number, again, the man answered, confirmed he worked for Take5 Car wash, and said his name was Nathaniel. I reminded him that we had talked the day before, and he said they would take care of my refund, and You guessed it He hung up on me! I called several more times, and he would answer and hang up quickly without speaking. NOW *THAT'S* CUSTOMER SERVICE, RIGHT? I will obviously never go back to any business that starts with "Take5," I will tell everyone I know never to use them, and I will be sending my credit card an official protest of the charge.

I thought it was an odd suggestion because my car was very clean with no damage, but was desperate and took their advice. Noah explained to me that the car looked dull and how they could help. Years of driving through the local car wash to save time made my paint look awful. Not having the inside cleaned regularly or ever detailed made it musty able dull as well. I was just so used to it I didn't realize. I needed to ask, but I didn't want to invest too much and lose money. Noah explained the value of the different services he had to offer and gave me options. In the end, I chose to have a full interior/ exterior detail and added a few extra services to make the car smell better and add value by doing the ceramic coating. When Noah delivered the car back to me, we couldn't believe the difference! I almost wanted to keep it again! I relisted the car with new photos Noah provided for me himself, and sold the car within a week for more than my original asking price, not losing a dime in the process! Every step of the way, Noah was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! He definitely knows his business! He's made a customer for life as we signed up for his regular detail plans on both of our vehicles. We aren't spending much more than we did for our drive through wash plans, and our cars look and smell good all the time now!
