I've had a monthly membership here for about a year. It's well worth it because you can use the same membership card in any car. So my husband and I both can wash our cars. 1 wash a month is worth the membership alone. It's fairly decently maintained and a good quality wash, but sometimes you have to switch spots to find working vacuums. They have a cleaning station too, which I love. I always grab 2 cloths and the interior and glass cleaner and go over my interior while I'm there. read more

This is different yet similar to the other comments here. Yesterday, I went to a location on my way home, thinking I would swing by and have a quick 5 MINUTE car wash. I pulled up and there was a car in front of me that was not entering the car wash. 2 employees seemed to be having a discussion with the driver, then they pulled out water hoses and started doing a hand wash of the vehicle. This was not my idea of a quick car wash, and I could not get the attention of any of the employees. None of them apparently thought explaining why I wasn't entering the car wash was their job. So I left, and I called the phone number on the receipt - 539-239-2035. A man answered, I said I wanted a refund, and he said to come by and they would take care of it. Not exactly my idea of a great resolution - having to go back to the location that had been totally nonresponsive when all I wanted was a car wash. I went back, and the manager refused to do anything, and said that they *couldn't* give me a refund. She seemed to think I was lying about the phone call and the man saying that she would give me a refund. I called the number, again, the man answered, confirmed he worked for Take5 Car wash, and said his name was Nathaniel. I reminded him that we had talked the day before, and he said they would take care of my refund, and You guessed it He hung up on me! I called several more times, and he would answer and hang up quickly without speaking. NOW *THAT'S* CUSTOMER SERVICE, RIGHT? I will obviously never go back to any business that starts with "Take5," I will tell everyone I know never to use them, and I will be sending my credit card an official protest of the charge. read more

Amazing service and the new assistant manager at the muskogee location get 5 stars he was so quick and very nice and very helpful when I asked to many questions. He is doing so amazing for his first time managing the place by himself. You have a good 1 on your hands. I will for sure keep my membership here forever. I have a membership, which is GREAT, saves me money. I really like the cleaning products that are offered for free. I have noticed that the back of my small SUV is not getting rinsed off completely. When I get home I hose the back off to get rid of the soapy streaks. I shouldn't have to. Plus there are times when the vacuums are not at full capacity. Today, 10-4-2025, there were 4 vacuums that were not working, the hoses were laying on the ground. One of the hoses was broken off. I counted 4 employees working, 3 women & one man, not one was out checking the equipment. The barrel for the cleaning towels was overflowing. I've notice that the outside area of the business has been going down hill. Tommy's, down the road, is starting to look pretty good. Step it up Take 5. read more

Over last weekend, my husband and I decided to take our jeep in for a car wash since it had been a while. Plus, it was a nice day and not a long line(Thank goodness). So far, it has been a pleasant experience. You just have to time it right for your visit(timing is key). When you pull up, you will see the vacuums for after washing your car. You will pull up to the kiosk and select your wash. But if you have unlimited membership, you pay a month at a time from what I gather. Depending on what you select, determines the service you receive. My husband opted for the wash that got the undercarriage as well if I remember correctly(i usually have my earphones in listening to a nanny episode on fb). The most fun is at the end for him, when the blow dryer blows the crud up from the windshield(usually ends up being acorns the squirrels missed). read more

I paid for the premium car ($25) and the car wash attendant acted like I was a bother. He barely tried to scrub the front of the vehicle and half way cleaned the windshield. If this is the type of service you receive, I would not refer anyone to this business! read more

One of the last good values in a car wash in Lubbock is now gone. I pulled in expecting to get a wash and hand tire shine for the same price I paid a couple weeks ago and discovered that the price of the wash had been increased by 25% and the tire shine had been automated. The poor guy at the kiosk told me a new company had bought them and made the changes. They're still hand drying for now but I bet that goes away soon. Shame. read more

This car wash just took off both of my wipers and scratched my windshield! After speaking to the manager he said, "sorry but if we had to replace wipers every time this machine pulled these off we would go out of business." Once I replace my broken windshield wipers and deal with the scratch I'll be taking my business to a newer car wash in town. read more

I've been to this car wash at least 10 times since I've moved to Muskogee OK. Each time there's been a problem with my membership I've had since September and I keep paying $10 for a wash that's suppose to be unlimited monthly. The workers are never at the gate to help you navigate the system or to answer any of your billing questions. They're just chillin inside the office while lines pile up and for someone that's paying a monthly membership to people who really don't care about your service is definitely unacceptable and I'll just rather wash my car at home at this point read more

The automatic car wash damaged my brand new 2021 vehicle. The manager at the University location immediately came running over and said "I was worried that was going to happen, that's why I watched you go through". So he let me go in, instead of stopping me, even though he was afraid their equipment would damage my vehicle. He assured me they were liable and they would pay to fix it. All I had to do was file the claim with their insurance. I filled out the forms on site, photos were taken, and he assured me a manager from corporate would contact me with instructions on how to proceed. Two hours later, he called back and I could hear immediately in his voice, a total difference. He flipped on everything and said that after "reviewing the tapes" they would no longer be accepting liability and I would need to get a lawyer if I wanted to pursue it. He was incredibly rude and denied that he said everything we discussed in person. It was obvious that corporate changed his tune. I reached out to corporate and left multiple messages and sent multiple emails that were never returned. They couldn't even face me. I was appalled by the way I was treated. They obviously have a DENY DENY DENY policy even if they're at fault for damage and force their loyal customers to come for them. We had three vehicles with a monthly memberships for 5 years. They had collected plenty of money from us over the years, so I was really disappointed that I was treated so poorly. read more

I went in and got the $11 wash with tire shine. I explained to so-called MANAGER Clayton, every time I come here the guys at the end of car wash don't do a good job drying off the car. So please do it correctly. Clayton starts pointing his finger to go over where the tire shine is done. Customer service is everything Clayton has a serious attitude problem. The amount of money I spend on car washing and I get this. I will be contacting operations manager at headquarters. read more

If I could give zero stars I would.. don't come here unless you like having your car damaged. After I reported my damage the company refused to take responsibility.. the two cars in front of me literally bumped into each other on the tracks and my Jeep came off causing a crack to my windshield.. avoid this place! There are much better places, and don't count on getting ahold of the owner using his email address they give you when they refuse to fill out a damage report.. Unfortunately it seems like the only way they will take responsibility for their negligence will have to be through the courts.. read more

I have been going here for the past 6 months and loved it. Today, I go in at 9am and get a car wash. Leave and go to a meeting. As I head out, I can't see out of the windshield.. the two guys that dryed it, smeared it. I get out at the Pyramid and I have dirt on the hood, a smudge on the side of the vehicle and the back window is all spotted. So I go back after my meeting. The attendant tells me that they have a very strict re-wash policy. She goes and talks to the manager. Comes back mad and tells me that they will do the re-wash but they don't leave windshields smeared or the the dirt on the car. So basically I'm a liar? Well, I'm looking for another car wash to do business with.... read more

Either they are half asleep in the morning hours or shady as hell. I paid for the $22 wash mainly for the carnauba wax ... ran my vehicle through the wash tunnel and got the most basic wash applied . I went back around and had them rewash my vehicle with all the extras I had paid for and lo and behold every thing that I paid for started lighting up and being applied as I requested. I guess you have to do a double wash to get what you actually pay for here. I'm glad I paid attention (I always do) to what I'm getting in the tunnel. First time here and definitely not returning. read more

I was just enjoying my day when I decided to pay for a $15 car wash here. I was in the car wash & the car in front of me came off the tracks making my car run into it. The spiny wash thing looked broken. So I roll down my window & the employee told me to continue going through it & meet them out front. They talked to me & told me if there was any damage to the car in front of me that I ran into that I would have to have MY insurance pay for it because it wasn't the car washes fault. Um. No. Unless the lady in front of me was trying to run off the tracks, that shouldn't happen, period. They should make sure our tires secure in the tracks. My $15 car wash was awful too, still had bugs all in my front bumper & windshield & the manager wouldn't even give me a refund. Offered for me to go back through, but you think I would want to go back through after that?? Also meanwhile this happened, there was 3 cop cars right by the car wash arresting someone. These people don't know the difference in a wheel and a tire. I SPECIFICALLY asked for a wash that would get my wheels clean, if nothing else. She told me I needed the wheel deal, which made sense. I go through the wash, get to the end and he puts the tire dressing on and does nothing with the wheels. I pull over to the side to vacuum out my truck and notice that my wheels are still as dirty as they were before so we asked for a manager and he told me to go back through the wash again. I pull back around and the guys who direct you in the wash ask if there's a problem with my tires... No it's my wheels! So they scrub the tires and send me through again, the guy puts on more tire dressing and my wheels are still covered in dirt. I thought if you work at a CAR wash you'd know basic parts of a car. Let me tell you a story. Today after work, I decided to drive my car through the car wash. I had unfortunately parked under a tree earlier in the day, and had some smatterings of bird droppings on the windshield. It was nothing too terrible, but certainly something that I wanted to clean up. I knew that Racer had a $7 wash and they were close to my home. When I arrived at the car wash, the girl came out and immediately said, "There is going to be a fee for the bird poop." "A fee?" I said surprised, especially since the poop was minimal, maybe seven spots on the windshield and about that on the hood. I asked what the fee would be. This is when she stepped back, cocked her head to the side, thought for a few moments, and said, "Hmm, about $6." I was shocked. I would be charged and extra $6, almost double the price of a car wash, just for a little bird poop? Isn't that the point of paying the $7? To clean a car that is dirty? It added insult to injury that the extra fee seemed completely arbitrary and decided on a whim. I declined and went to Mister Car Wash up on Indiana and 82nd, and they were happy to wash my car with no extra fee. The moral of the story? Don't go to Racer Classic Car Wash if your car is actually needing to be cleaned. They charge extra fees for that. read more

Disappointed. I usually go to Racer every week. I went yesterday to get the same wash that I usually get, the Wheel Deal. They wanted to upgrade me for two dollars. I tried a new wash. When I got home, only minutes after the wash, the back of my black SUV was dusty along with soap and water spots. It felt gritty. First thing this morning, after I dropped my daughter off from school, I went by to get a re-wash. The attendant talked to the manager and said that I could get a "rinse off". The manager did not even talk to me. I had paid extra on top of the usual Wheel Deal and my tires would not be shined if rinsed off. The attendant said that it was the dust. How does dust get on the back, vertical surface only? And how does it happen in only 10 minutes? I might understand her theory if other parts of the car also had grit on it. I think that it was not washed properly. I think I will look elsewhere. read more
