This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences I've ever…read morehad. Back in December, I submitted a claim after my car was visibly scratched--literally gashed--by the equipment in the car wash. I even saw it happen through mirror at the end of the carwash. An employee helped me right after, took multiple photos of the exact damage with an iPad, and documented everything for the claim. The lady that took the photos told me that I would defienitley get it fixed by Three Rivers within 2 weeks, and that they would call me A week later, I was told the claim was denied ( I had to call them to find this out)--not for the gash I reported, but for tiny micro-scratches on my bumper that had clearly been there prior and had nothing to do with the car wash. I explained to the assistant manager that those were NOT the scratches I filed the claim for, and that the damage in question was far more obvious. Her response? "Our car wash would never do that--it's microfiber." I asked her to check the security footage because it would clearly show the damage being caused. She agreed and told me she would resubmit the claim. Since then, I've called multiple times to check on the status--each time being promised a call back that never came. I followed up again recently, only to be told that the photos taken of the damage had been deleted and that the claim was never resubmitted. After months of waiting and being misled, they now say it's been "too long" to do anything about it. I've done everything I was supposed to do. I reported it right away. I provided proof. I followed up--consistently. Tommy's Car Wash has failed to take any responsibility and is now trying to quietly brush this under the rug. Even my dad spoke with the General Manager, who said he was never spoken to even though he told him he would call back, according to the claims manager--another layer of confusion and poor communication. This feels incredibly intentional and dishonest. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. If they damage your car, don't expect them to own up to it or fix it. Extremely disappointing.

So my husband and I both can wash our cars. 1 wash a month is worth the membership alone. It's fairly decently maintained and a good quality wash, but sometimes you have to switch spots to find working vacuums. They have a cleaning station too, which I love. I always grab 2 cloths and the interior and glass cleaner and go over my interior while I'm there.

I thought it was an odd suggestion because my car was very clean with no damage, but was desperate and took their advice. Noah explained to me that the car looked dull and how they could help. Years of driving through the local car wash to save time made my paint look awful. Not having the inside cleaned regularly or ever detailed made it musty able dull as well. I was just so used to it I didn't realize. I needed to ask, but I didn't want to invest too much and lose money. Noah explained the value of the different services he had to offer and gave me options. In the end, I chose to have a full interior/ exterior detail and added a few extra services to make the car smell better and add value by doing the ceramic coating. When Noah delivered the car back to me, we couldn't believe the difference! I almost wanted to keep it again! I relisted the car with new photos Noah provided for me himself, and sold the car within a week for more than my original asking price, not losing a dime in the process! Every step of the way, Noah was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! He definitely knows his business! He's made a customer for life as we signed up for his regular detail plans on both of our vehicles. We aren't spending much more than we did for our drive through wash plans, and our cars look and smell good all the time now!
