We called to see if they would do toddler piercings, and they do three months up. We arrived with my three-year-old. They had a bit of a wait, but the crowd was a good sign. I like how the lady who checked us in talked directly to my child, asking her what was her favorite color and then pointing her to earrings that match. Kara is who pierced her earrings. She was FABULOUS! She had Trolls on an iPad when we walked in, genius! Kara started by showing my daughter what she was going to do and walking her through the process. They talked about Trolls for a few minutes and created a quick, trusting atmosphere. Of course, my child was upset and they promised her a popsicle. Went for a daith piercing in hopes of finding relief from severe migraines. Elizabeth was HONEST from the word migraine. She explained there was no science behind the piercing. Even still, if there was even a chance I was going to take it. She was fantastic. Didn't hurt but for a few seconds and she was organized, sanitary and very informative on the after-care. I have been back so many times sense and got my industrial, both tragus, rook, conch, second holes realined, both nipples and help with my lobe stretching. I will never go anywhere else. Just got my nose pierced - they told me about all the different types of studs I could get and which would be the best for me and what I was looking for. It was only $35 dollars which was a really good price. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They let me do my own counting and breathing before the piercing which was very helpful for me. I went to ouch on my birthday and they gave me a discount, but you have to tell them. they give you a $5 off for students, birthdays and military. I went in and out. It was quick and easy. Kara my piercer gave me her number in case I had any questions. Its the 3rd day and my piercing does not hurt and it has not swell up. Went here with a friend to get nose piercings. I had called a day ahead and had spoke to Kara the piercer and she was very helpful and friendly over the phone. We arrived that night. It's located in a small area with a few stores. Very clean interior. We were greeted immediately and the front desk receptionist was nice and friendly. We had to pay before getting pierced. It was normally $35 but I got a $5 military discount. Kara did our piercings. She was competent and efficient. She explained really well what to expect and typical reactions to the piercing before performing it. Basically it consisted of tearing up, sharp momentary pain, or some people sneezed. The piercing was quick. First she cleaned the area and marked it and confirmed that we liked the position. Afterwards, she stuck a cork in the nostril and pierced it, then applied the jewelry. She cleaned the area afterwards. She then went over aftercare - how to clean, what not to do, what to do, healing time, how to deal with the piercing and complications that could occur. The room was clean and she wore gloves. It only took maybe 5 mins. We opted to buy the sea salt spray there instead of making our own solution, it was $10. I would highly recommend her for nose piercing. It looked great and I had no pain immediately after (I had taken 2 excedrins like 2 hrs before) but.now its day 3 and I still have no pain just a little bit of bleeding when I work out. read more

The piercing was $35 because i chose to upgrade to another stone- but very affordable. this was my first piercing outside of my ears, and she was very calming and informative through the whole process. she was open to any questions i had and offered detailed answers and explanations about aftercare and other things to be mindful of during the healing process. overall a wonderful experience and i would recommend this shop to anyone passing through columbia needing something done. a few friends of mine have also had their noses done and had wonderful experiences as well! i am so happy with my piercing and can't wait for it to heal up. read more
