She asked to confirm my appointment and I stated I am still coming but would love to see the design that the artist came up with. As you can see in the photos I was given the most unprofessional experience simply for asking about the design. The assistant stated if I don't like the design or wanted to change it the price would go from $600 to $1200-$1600. Ridiculous when all I wanted was to see what the design was. They claimed I will see before tattoo but couldn't tell me when. I said they were unprofessional and my appointment was cancelled and I was blocked on all social medias. Sucks when all I wanted was a tattoo and to know what exactly would permanently be on my body. Please view the communications I had with the assistant. Got my deposit back, that was the only upside. Horrible customer service

I'm so pleased with the service I received from Elizabeth. Originally the plan was to change out some jewelry but she quickly realized that I was allergic to the original earrings I had in from a previous shop. She was so calm, informative, patient and nice including treating the issue with proper ointments and using Titanium jewelry instead. I am so pleased and will be back to change out the rest, custom order and get a few more I've been wanting. Ouch is the place to be!!! I couldn't be happier. read more

My friend and I just came here and she got her ears pierced by Cassidy. She was super nice, the customer service was awesome and the shop is super clean. I was freaking out because I had a bad experience at another piercing shop, but these guys totally put me at ease. Had a great time! Thank you guys so much! read more

i recently got a fine-line tattoo from Dale at Sickle and Moon, and unfortunately, its my first…read moref-ed up tattoo. i already have six healed fine-line tattoos and have done all the right aftercare, including with this tattoo. despite that, the ink has healed extremely patchy, with multiple areas already missing ink entirely. also, the tattoo barely looks like the reference picture and now i need to have my artist back home correct it once it's fully healed, which will cost me an additional $100-$200 on top of the $100 i already paid. on top of all that, dale was extremely rude during my appointment. i wanted to adjust the placement of the stencil slightly, so we moved it about half an inch to align it better with the anatomy of my wrist. he visibly seemed annoyed by this, and i actually apologized for asking to move it. his response was, "maybe you should be more communicative." which was a completely unnecessary and rude comment, especially considering i was simply trying to make sure i was happy with the placement of a permanent tattoo. i chose Sickle and Moon because of its good reviews, which makes this experience even more shocking and disappointing. i went in expecting a professional experience and a great new tattoo, and unfortunately, i left with neither.

I arrived within that window and Allyssa said she would do my wax but not my butt strip which is included in the full Brazilian wax. Butt strip takes less than 5 minutes to do and it's included in the Brazilian wax. Allyssa you and your manager must have been having a bad day that day. I always tipped you well and purchased products from your store for support bc the products are awful. This place is money hungry and the reviews are untrustworthy because it's mainly from people they know. Do not go to this place. They make you do a $30 deposit as well which is ridiculous for a wax.
