Mike was very helpful in making a solution. I ended up buying 4 new tires because my current tires were not available at VIP and I could not mix and match because of the type of vehicle I have. They also did an alignment and printed out photos of before and after and explained the differences. There is a huge difference in how the vehicle drives and rides with the new tires I purchased and I am very pleased with the service I received. They were very kind and professional.

Horrible residential shower enclosure job. Originally paid $2,625.00 for a frameless shower door to…read morebe installed. It has leaked constantly to the point of us having to replace the flooring. I had made calls to have them come back to fix it. I was told someone would contact me "when they were in the area". Never happened. My husband finally called and they sent someone out to look at it. We are then told it will be an additional $1345.00 to fix it. So unreliable and unprofessional. I have attached a photo of all the water on the floor. This happens every time we use the shower.
