Well I noticed that my device kept saying "no atomizer" again and again, so I finally took a look into the problem and noticed that one of the pins that helps recognize the coil was pushed down and stuck. So when I went into the shop I had mentioned it to employee Rayna to see if she had any ideas to fix it. So she went and asked someone else about it, then came back to tell me that they would just go ahead and replace it with the same device as it is no fault of mine. I was very astonished and grateful. This was not even something I was expecting! I was just looking for advice on how to fix it! Dallas and her employees are beyond amazing and I would 100% recommended them time and time again. My husband elected to stay in the car, but after about 10 minutes in the store, I knew that he had to come in and see all of the lovely merchandise that Tammy has displayed! There is a terrific selection of gift items, household decorations, jewelry (I purchased 3 pieces), specialty foods, and much more, all at very reasonable prices. Tammy has been in this business for a long time and it really shows in the detailed selection of her merchandise and also in it's presentation throughout the store. The shop organized by theme and color which made it easier for us to see all that was offered, that would fit perfectly into our new home, Attached to the gift store is a bead shop. I originally stopped here to see if a couple of pieces of costume jewelry (that I had been carrying around in my purse for over a year!), could be repaired. The owner of the bead shop was not available, so Tammy graciously offered to fill in - she fixed my 3 necklaces for me, for free - that's old fashioned, GREAT customer service!!! This is our third trip to Brookings for vacation and I'm only sorry that it was our first time to this store. When we come back next year, rest assured that we will make a special trip to stop by Feather Your Nest - it truly is a "can't miss" shop so be sure to stop by, you won't be disappointed!
