The customer service, overall experience, retention, and quality is always spot on. I have very sensitive and dry eyes and they are always gentle and do an amazing job. They keep detailed notes on the styles and lengths you get each time which is so helpful, especially if you are going to a different artist. No matter who you go to, you will have great lashes and receive the same results. They are all very detail orientated and make sure you are comfortable during your entire service. The lashes are light, soft, and fluffy. I get the style Camellia with lengths 12-14 with a cc curl.
