Received Great explanation of services as a first time client. My technician, Annie kept me comfortable throughout the whole service. I was offered a blanket when I was cold and a hand held fan and eye drops afterwards when my eyes were a little irritated by the glue. I like that they have different options for glue based on your sensitivity. I received a stamp card for paying in cash. I got a full set of classic mink and was in at 1130 and out by 1230! Exceptional. I even got a little cat nap in. I highly recommend booking with Ms. Kawaii. read more

Really disappointed with their "5day warranty" I called with a lash stabbing my eyelid when I closed it after just 7 days (one week) after a full set done here, they told me they could remove it but not fix it and I would need to book a 1 week refill for $55 in order to fix my bald spot that would be left if the lash was taken off. I got a full set and then got a fill before finalizing this review. Annie was very friendly and helped me decide the best set for my eye shape. Chic and casual ambiance. Jocelyn gave me a fill the second time around. Overall, I was content with my lashes, and I like their rewards and referral program. I subtracted 1 star mainly because of pricing. Their menu of services is not accurate- they do not mention "material fee". So whatever the price you see on their menu, add $20 to your total. read more

P A R K I N G Located in the shopping center of Island Pacific market so you can count on parking. Store is located on the side where Jollibee restaurant. S E R V I C E Always a 10/10, I've tried many businesses and this by far is the best! Compared to other competitors, staff is attentive and do not pick up calls or gossip with their colleagues in the middle of doing your lashes. It has been an issue for me when visiting other shops but I'm glad I finally found the one who actually cares about customer service! Lashes last about 2 weeks, if you take extra care of them ...maybe longer! They also offer stamp cards and if you pay in cash there is no fee. Usually my lashes cost around $100 for a brand new set and of course a fill is cheaper. Make sure you book ahead of time as they're always busy! read more

Usually always a good experience except for my most recent visit. During my lash appointment both my eyes began to water and burn, I told the lash tech this and she just brushed it off. Once she was done and I tried to open my eyes, the burning became more intense I had to ask for eye drops, which she gave me and as soon as she did she charged me and sent me on my way. My appointment was at 11am mind you; it's 4:30pm and my eyes are still so red and they burn! I was so sad because I paid over $110. If you have sensitive eyes or just lash glue is not your friend I wouldn't advise you booking lol. Maybe if she had asked me to use a different kind of glue when she started doing my lashes and I told her it burned it would be a different story. But no lol, they don't communicate well either. read more

I called on Saturday morning to see if they had availability and a gentleman answered the phone and said "yes if I can get there asap, they can do manicure and pedicure". I get there in like 15 mins, not 5 because I still had to get ready, that's on me. When I get there he tells me he now has availability for a manicure only, which I'm totally okay with. I took longer than I had said. I was just glad they took me in. Probably 20 mins in with my manicure he came and said they now have availability for a pedicure, which I was happy for, saving me the trip to go somewhere else after... Kathy did a great job with my manicure. As soon as another lady started with my pedicure I told her I had an ingrown nail in my right toe and I would appreciate it if she could get it out. I could see her trying to get it out and I see she pulls a piece of skin and I am thinking she will stop and cut it as soon as she takes it out, instead she keeps pulling my skin to the point where she peels off the front of my skin. A think layer by the way (as you can see in the picture). The gentleman that answers the phone walks around and he did noticed the lady had hurt my toe and didn't said anything. Looks like he is the supervisor or something, I thought he would say something when I was paying, but he didn't. I didn't want to argue because I already knew I wasn't going to come back. I should have taken the advice from one of the bad reviews they have here. Too late to regret it now. It's unfortunate that I paid $98 and walked out with my skin peeled off. I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that this won't happen to someone else. Save yourself time, money, and a bad experience. Go somewhere else. Not worth it. They don't even deserve the one star I have to give to post this.

My favorite technician has been Quennie. But all the girls are great ! the shop is ALWAYS very clean beds are comfortable and parking fills up but there's more in the structure. My technician really gets my lashes the way I like them and she's FAST. I never have to wait for her I walk in and she's ready for me. Making an appointment is very easy through Vegaro or just call their salon. Ive gone to the Pasadena location and Monterey Park. My favorite has to be Monterey Park. read more

This is the only place I'll go to for their lash service! I've gone to a couple of other locations as well and they always do a good job. They know how to work with short Asian lashes and the result is always pretty. Vicky does a great job and I've followed her to this location after another location closed down in Hacienda Heights, but I've also tried other lash techs and they all have a gentle hand and do a great job. Ms Kawaii is one of my favorite places to get my eyelashes done. They have reasonable pricing and an online reservation system that's easy to use! The technicians are always fast and accommodating. At this location, I typically request Ellena but they train in house and I would be comfortable receiving anyone else. The whole process just took 20 minutes and the results were terrible. One side didn't lift at all, and the other side only had a slightly lift that didn't even last an hour.
