Completely Different Issue (when it rains....)…read more I cheated and skipped the office phone and contacted JP directly *I was panicked and desperate*. HVAC people were supposed to start work and found a plumbing leak. Not an easy fix, it was an actual hole in the middle of our 1960's original plumbing (not at a connection point - I could have done that myself). Experienced plumbers are STILL in high demand and it's getting harder and harder to find someone you Know and Trust. Poor JP, because of this old house, I put him and Tank's Plumbing in my contact list *YOU SHOULD TOO* It was a dirty job, underneath the house, deep in the corner, muddy and a couple of dead rodents from the exterminator doing his job 2-3 years ago *YIKES and sorry :/ They are meticulous and do a quality repair. As a homeowner, this is the place you want to do your plumbing repairs. They replaced the entire section and connection that was nearby the degraded pipe. Makes sense that the connection a few inches from the hole was going to have problems next *thank you for thinking ahead*. Greg was assigned to my service request and did arrive on time. However, his overall demeanor was unfriendly and unprofessional, especially for someone in a customer-facing role. Shortly after he arrived, my daughter experienced a sudden medical emergency--a seizure, her first ever. I was in the next room calling 911 while emergency responders arrived. It was an extremely stressful and urgent situation. I have no doubt he could hear me screaming her name and calling emergency services. About 10 paramedics came stomping down my short hallway. It was quite the commotion. Before leaving with my daughter in the ambulance, I briefly let Greg know he could continue the work if needed. His response was: "Make sure your dogs are locked up. I don't want to be bit." My dogs were locked up when he arrived and he knew that. Given the circumstances, this felt incredibly lacking in awareness and basic human empathy. I understand safety concerns, but the timing and delivery of that comment were inappropriate. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons and this guy shouldn't be entering any one's home.
