She was very helpful answering any questions I had & was able to schedule an appointment sooner than expected. This put me at ease as the pump has been inoperable for a week already & we're in the midst of the rainy season. Rob arrived at the scheduled time and we discussed the issue. He presented me with a plan & estimate which i agreed to. The price was reasonable so i approved the work. I don't envy Rob's job as he had to crawl into the crawlspace in a few inches of standing water to remove the old pump & install (to my surprise & pleasure an American made unit) the replacement. Using his years of experience and knowledge, he remedied my problem issue in short order. After all was said & done my sump pump is back in operation & performing as expected.
