I told her a phone call would have been nice, but she said that the employee had just returned from vacation, I'm not completely sold with that explanation. I don't believe that she was going to call me back as, maybe, she was a little embarrassed about the situation. I also asked for her to send me a receipt showing that it had been paid, but still waiting on that. I, personally, would never ever use their service again as, it appears, that they can't be trusted to be paid in cash.

No wonder it backed up into my house, so to say it "was good" two months earlier was complete BS. Would not say they did anything wrong, would not compensate us for the terrible inspection or having to repump it two months later which was their fault!!!!!
