All of the plantings survived during the horrible May weather, and we have people from all over stop and comment on our yard. We even had a woman just this past week come up to our porch and ring our doorbell to find our who our landscaper is. We are thrilled with him and all of his employees - very pleasant to work with and reasonable pricing. We will continue using him for future work and have already scheduled some for August. We hired Clint Prosser for a landscape project. He came to preview the job, and sold us with a lot…read moreof ultimately unkept promises. He submitted a proposal for the job and within a few days of beginning work began submitting " addendums" to the original cost. Our first problem began the first day.. 3 non English speaking Mexicans were dropped off by Clint, no supervision. Never at any point did Clint ask if we were unsatisfied but daily it was obvious the job was not professional.. Sparse rocks, straw, mulch spread thin.. Our second red flag was having written Clint a deposit for over 18,000.00, and an additional 5,000 initially when not a single aspect had been completed . The grading was unlevel and rough, the sod sat for over a week before install during this drought. He continued to request "draws". I refused to pay until the basics were completed that we had paid for. He left the job a mess .. no edging between sod /mulch, no gravel for drainage behind the partial wall, used subgrade soil for the few plantings, did not properly put down top soil, attempted to bill for sod not purchased. His grader came by our home after completion and confirmed all our complaints. Clint never showed up after completion but had his wife call for a final payment.( we did not pay any more for this gross debacle ).We have called a professional landscaper who confirms that we were taken advantage of and said to be fixed right, it would require removing the sod ,putting top soil and leveling .We also contacted an attorney to pursue a judgement for the money we have lost, but Clint Prosser does not own anything , so it would be a wasted pursuit to have a judgement if he owns nothing. There are two similar reviews online ( one under another name Brick to Branch?) that I wish I had seen prior to losing our money, but you don't have to. All of the pics below are time stamped AFTER completion of the job.. Avoid this contractor.

They were supposed to come back the next day to finish and never showed. Clint stopped responding to my texts after three weeks. Next step is to take him to court. On a side note, while this is going on, my wife is dying of stage 4 cancer. She has days to live and this horrible person fails to complete the job and adds stress into my life. He was made aware of my situation and promised to finish the job quickly. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Don't do it. Trust me.
