Nicole and Dr Craig we're amazing, kind & caring. From the first call to the end they customized our experience. Dr Craig came to our home. Her love for people and our furry families were obvious. they educated us and let us have all the time we wanted with precious coco.

When it was time for our Sam to go to the rainbow bridge, Nicole was so patient with us. She arranged an emergency visit for Donna, the veterinarian to help Sam cross over. We had Sam in our bed and he was surrounded by all those that love home most. Dr Donna was comforting us and being so kind in helping Sam. He didn't feel anything and just fell asleep in our arms. We received a paw print and a small glass pendant with his fur. We highly recommend using Outback mobile veterinarian for your pet that is ready to go. We're thankful to Nicole and Dr Donna.

She was soo sweet and compassionate, hardest time for me, and she was so patient. Don't know how I would have gotten thru it if we hadn't been able to do this at home.

Looking for an avian vet to make a house to call to see my African Gray. I think Outback is only doing euthanasia pets at this time. Is this true?

I think this is correct, I am sorry about your bird, it is never easy to say Good bye, Kind Regards, Carola

He had severe bronchitis ( hacking type cough, sneezing, runny nose) and with proper x-rays, and medications he has been doing great. I'm thankful to this vet and Central Brevard clinic in Melbourne Florida because my prior vet didn't get rid of his symptoms on the first visit. I believe this vet is reasonably priced when you compare it to other vets, but that shouldn't be your only concern when it comes to your animal. You have to understand that the vet is always going to be a bit pricey. That's just part of the deal, so remember that when you vote, elections have consequences. I rather help animals and American citizens than illegal or "LEGAL" aliens with hb-1 visa, or any type of visa. America has plenty of its own problems as it is, imho... In the meantime, I'm going to do my best to keep animals out of the pound, and feed hungry American citizens. It's already expensive enough, inflation and taxes and to feed my 4 cats and cat litter, toys, Etc.. so FEED your pet healthy food, not cheap crap, and give them plenty of love, attention and exercise, because that will mean LESS vet visits down the road. I've been around pets all my life and if you feed them well and spoil them, usually the less problems they'll give you medically. I have 4 cats now, I try to do my part and keep as many out of the pound as I can. Dogs and cats are awesome. All animals are awesome. They are important to my mental support. I highly recommend this vet and his staff. So far, so good. Professionals.

After 1 month, and her breathing hardly improved we brought her back to have her looked at again. The initial surgery was over $7000 and we were asked to pay for our 2nd visit for the same problem. We were told that she would need to lose some weight. That was the diagnosis. Now it's several lbs. later and we are searching for another vet that cares enough to try save this little dogs life. We do not recommend this vet and or their service to anyone that loves their animal. Your money will be better spent elsewhere. I rarely write a review but I simply had to!

My dog underwent soft palate surgery, nares surgery, and a neuter procedure at VSC to help improve…read morehis breathing. Following the surgery, he experienced significant complications, including repeated vomiting and respiratory concerns. During this time, we contacted the office multiple times seeking guidance as his condition changed and worsened. One of my biggest frustrations was communication. When we called with concerns, we were generally routed through front desk staff and were told messages would be passed along to the doctor. As a pet owner dealing with a serious post-surgical situation, I often felt uncertain whether the full details of my dog's condition were being communicated and whether my concerns were receiving the level of attention I expected. My dog was later diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia and ultimately required emergency treatment at VEG Viera. The care he received there was a critical part of his recovery, and I am extremely grateful to their team for the attention and treatment they provided during a very stressful and frightening time. I was also disappointed by the costs associated with my dog's care. At one point, I was advised that follow-up X-rays would cost $400. Given the significant expenses we had already incurred and the ongoing complications my dog was experiencing, I found the additional costs felt more like a money grab. In total, we paid $6,746.35 for the surgery and follow-up care through VSC and an additional $10,543.17 for emergency treatment at VEG, bringing our total expenses to $17,289.52. While others may have had positive experiences, my experience left me disappointed with the post-operative communication, follow-up process, and overall care my dog received. As a result, I would not choose this provider again.

Deciding to switch to Aloha was one of the best decisions I've made. Every visit has been a great experience. The front desk staff and veterinary nurses are always welcoming, kind, and professional. Dr. Pepen is an exceptional veterinarian. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, answers all of our questions and concerns, and discusses every treatment option so we can make informed decisions. Most importantly, I truly feel that Dr. Pepen genuinely cares about my pet's well-being. That level of compassion and dedication is hard to find, and it gives me complete confidence in trusting him with my pets' care. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly puts animals first.

1/5 - Very disappointing experience…read more I brought my black swan, Pandora, to Aloha Pet & Bird Hospital because she was seriously ill and I was desperately trying to help her. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The prices were very high, and despite her condition, Pandora was sent home without receiving the treatment or medication I expected. She passed away approximately two hours later. What made this experience even more upsetting was that afterward, the hospital contacted me and admitted that the sample they collected could not be processed because of the swab applicator they used. They asked me to bring Pandora back to collect another sample, but by then she had already died. I paid for this test expecting it to be collected correctly the first time, especially when dealing with a critically ill animal where time matters. I also had difficulty getting the test refunded. Initially, a credit was placed on my account, and I had to request that the money actually be returned to me. The facility itself is very nice, but based on my personal experience, I was extremely disappointed with the medical care, communication, prices, and handling of Pandora's case. When someone brings in a beloved animal in an emergency, they are trusting the veterinary team to take the situation seriously and provide the best possible care. For my experience, I would rate the care 0/10. I would not bring another one of my animals here.
