Day one included Whiskey Thief, Woodford Reserve, and Buffalo Trace. Day two took us through Bardstown Bourbon Company, Maker's Mark, and Heaven Hill. Every stop offered something completely different, and the lunches planned in advance were outstanding. The weather was perfect, but the real difference-maker was our driver and guide, Jeff Ramsey. Jeff was knowledgeable, funny, professional, always on time, and genuinely made the trip memorable. We do a lot of tours and experiences like this, and Jeff was simply the best guide we've had anywhere. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I won't book with any other group for future Bourbon Trail trips.

They processed my refund but told me I would lose $500 by doing so. This was explained to me to be my flight deposits. Turns out it was much more than that. Currently they don't know if i'll be returned $660 of flight costs, as well as holding $222 for travel insurance that is now "non refundable", although nothing in the purchase confirmation states that. The refund is going to take over 60-90 days, and so far I've only been promised to get about 80% of it back. Buyer beware.
