We have been here twice and both times were great. There were two different nurses we have met and…read moreboth have been so friendly and talkative. It was impressive how knowledgeable they both were. Especially Emily ! We tried a few different IV's. The set up is very nice and comfortable, with big cozy chairs, and a ottoman for your feet. The process did take too long. They have pressure IV bags, to help things move along quicker. It really does seem like a great idea to get an immune boost, especially if you are traveling. It is pricey. They might have a discount for your first time. One really cool thing they mentioned to us was regarding iron infusions. Compared to the prices even with insurance, it can be thousands of dollars. Here they are much more reasonable, and you are not paying for everything else they charge you for normally. One other thing to mention. You won't have a needle stuck in your arm for the whole time. They use something that is soft and flexible, so you are free to move your arm around. It was not at all uncomfortable. We will be back.

The place is so clean and well put together, I could have stayed there for 12 hours. I'm traveling and called several other places and none of them would take me in. The beautiful nurse who looked like she can be Julianne Moore's daughter got me in and provided me with all the info I needed. When the catheter was inserted, I didn't even feel it. She kept checking up on me and made sure I was doing well. This was an excellent experience and their prices were perfect. I highly recommend this place and in my opinion they should change their name to Amazing IV. Thank you for a great experience

The nurse here on 12/6 is the person who assist me with these services. I alerted them more than 24 hours ahead that I am a hard stick/poke per their request. I asked the Nurse after the first attempt of poking me if there are accommodations, she reported that she uses these harsh straight needles on babies and children. Then on the 3rd try, she sticks it in an area where she verbally said, " This area tends to hurt" which was my wrist. I was there for literally several hours because one she sticked it in a known painful area and two they did not accommodate me with a butterfly needle as what every one else uses on me. The needle used was too big for me. This establishment prioritizes money over the best interest of their customer. I am not the only one with smaller/sensitive veins and it should be disclosed and advertised if they cannot and do not want to accommodate people with smaller veins. They rather stick me three times, have me there for several hours because I cannot take the fluids fast due to the placement and type of needle they used on me makes it sting. I tried to be so accommodating to them and understanding, but this is ridiculous for a service I am paying for just like everyone else.

Myself and my family have been going to this practice for years and although we have all had a less than stellar experience on many occasions, my most recent experience tops them all. In November of 2019 I had an appt to see Dr. De Moulin and had to cancel due to feeling sick and having a fever. I was told I was going to be charged $100. I thought that was unprofessional as it would be irresponsible of me to go to a Dr's office and risk getting others sick. I asked for the fee to be waived and was told it would be. Today, 6 months later, I received a voicemail from Dr. De Moulin's office saying that if I did not pay my invoice TODAY, I would be sent to collections. Mind you, I had not heard a peep in the form of phone calls, emails, or mailed invoices up until this point. During a global pandemic when people are losing jobs and lives, they think it is appropriate to threaten collections on a $100 invoice wrongfully charged. I spoke with them about my feelings on this and Dr. De Moulin's response was, "If you schedule an appt today for another visit and continue care, I will waive the fee, but if not, you will be charged". I don't know about you, but I don't like to be bullied, so I paid the fee. We will not going back to this practice and I highly recommend you steer clear as well.
