Christian and his team did an outstanding job on our deck. Our home in WNC suffered significant damage after we experienced both a fire and the wrath of Hurricane Helene all within a week. Upper and lower decks completely resurfaced with new wood in an angular pattern vs straight easy cuts - ( see pic) Complete new cable railings on top and bottom - and beefed up / reinforced area for future Hot tub on lower deck. ( See pic) Plastic soffit replaced with new pine shiplap on vaulted upper ceiling deck (see pic) New Reinforced upper deck extension for newly built outdoor wood burning fireplace built with multiple 20 foot+ - 8" X 8" support beams in place they did as addition to original project. This contractor is a fraud. Left job site unfinished and dangerous after county inspector would not approve his plan. Kept thousands of dollars in deposits and would not return phone calls. Asked for additional funds for an engineer and materials. Agreed to clean up preliminary construction and remove materials. Photographs detail site one month later. ASK FOR MULTIPLE REFERENCES AND CHECK THEM ALL. Better advice would be to choose someone else read more

Carolina Deck Specialists did a great job for us. We are not local to the area and had difficulty finding a contractor to screen in our covered deck and build an adjoining deck. We are very pleased that we found this company and would recommend them to others. The work was done with meticulous attention to detail.
