When my family contacted them about the crack they said "we're a Christian based company and we make sure we do quality work", "it looks better than when it was just concrete" "can't do anything for it as we won't be able to match the color". Since then the cracks have gotten much bigger and the patio looks terrible. Do not use them, they have done nothing to help my family after taking $3500 for this poor patio job. My parents have a beautiful home and will now have to incur the expense of tearing this hideous work out and replacing it.

Our installation was delayed due to Covid-19 and their inability to get the materials. Our install was scheduled for April of 2022 and was completed in July of 2022. The installation crew was fantastic! They were professional, courteous, on time and cleaned up each day after they were finished. They answered any questions or concerns we had. The electrician and his team was also very professional, courteous and provided detailed explanations on what he would be doing. The GM Jordan was very thorough, courteous and professional during his final walk through. He went over every aspect of the job ensuring it was installed correctly. He took photos and documented any areas of concern or that he wanted to have looked at more closely. The project took 6 days to install and two days for the electrician, a total of 8 days. We are overjoyed with the final project and so glad we decided to use Majestic Builders. We will enjoy our outdoor patio for years to come. We would highly recommend Majestic Builders and their team. On the build day they showed up at the time that we were told they and went right to work. They left there work area clean and closed all gates in the area that they were working. On the day of final walk through with Tyler it so happened to be raining, we happened to notice a minor leak and pointed it out to Tyler. They were professional about coming out right away to fix the leak. I am happy to say that it is leak free now. We also contacted with Majestic Builders to repair an other enclosed covered patio that was built by an other contractor & had leaked since day one. We never was able to get him to come out and repair it. We are happy to say that Majestic went all out and it is now leak free.

They came out early in the morning and immediately got to work setting up their equipment. What really stood out to me was how much care they took with my property. They laid wood down across the lawn to protect it before the tree came down. One of the crew members carefully climbed the tree and meticulously removed each branch, with everything securely rigged with cables to make sure nothing was damaged. With so many plants and landscaping surrounding the tree, I was nervous about the removal, but they handled everything with incredible care and precision. Once the tree was down, they chipped everything and cleaned up the entire area. You could hardly tell they had been there. They then moved to the backyard to trim several trees that were too close to the house. They were very attentive to the insurance requirements regarding the distance trees needed to be from the home. They even climbed onto the roof to carefully trim branches. David stayed involved throughout the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. That personal attention meant a lot to me. I received several quotes before choosing Sierra Vista, and ultimately, it was my conversation and interaction with David that gave me the confidence to hire them. Their price was also very fair for the amount and quality of work they provided. I trusted David from the beginning, and he absolutely lived up to that trust. I was so impressed with David and his crew that I recommended them to my mom. They removed a large, diseased tree from her backyard and trimmed several of her other trees. We had them rockscape above our retaining wall, put a potted plant and other plants (all irrigated) with black rocks in our front planter (SO happy with this and they had us pick out the perfect pot online), road base along our driveway and side of house (a game-changer for me as I have balance and mobility issues), and irrigated plants above the retaining wall in our back yard. They had to do hard-core valve work and repair, digging with a bobcat in front to fix the irrigation. This did not increase the price from the estimate. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up. I was amazed at the quality of workmanship. Dave even came back to set the irrigation timer and show me how to do it. This was phase one of two. I definitely recommend them and we are planning to do phase two with them whenever we can save up the money for it. Having said that, due to my inexperience with landscaping, I didn't realize how little coverage there would be over the tarp in the back. Then I found out expected total coverage time to be two years. They said to look at the invoice. I'm not experienced with that sort of thing and would have requested a quote with more initial coverage and less full coverage time. Also, it was tough to get a visual ahead of time for what they're going to do in their quote. You just sort of have to trust all the positive reviews. So just make sure you ask all of your questions before putting your down-payment down. Having said that, I would definitely recommend Clifford landscaping and we plan on using their services in the future.

They worked around a Redwood tree and alongside other pre-existing hardscape features. They met and exceeded every expectation of a 'lodge in the woods' feeling. Plus, we went for the low voltage lighting and it's outstanding. The quality is A+. Project included: repair/fill of a washed-out gully, 100' new retaining wall, 150' of fencing, 150' French drain, over 300' of pavers, raised planted beds, polywood decking and lights.

That is exactly what they did. Plus broke seal on new window. Jen Weld came to replace two weeks later. Handyman was paid to repair wrong cut, patch, texture, buy matching paint. clean Sil caulk off window and black spatter on wall costing hundreds and inconvenience to new tenant and owner. One worker yelled F..k when I explained Erik knew where cut was not to go and make sure it had a view! The "f" word was used while sitting on tail gate blabbing. I watched on my ring camera!
