He came and gave us an estimate for the work and a timeline and was really great at communicating through the whole project. His crew was also very respectful and clean and did great work. We had one little issue with planting and they came and fixed it right away. Tyler was a complete professional. They did the demo, hardscape, moved boulders, irrigation, water feature and lighting. It's our little oasis and we love it. Highly recommend Tyler and his crew and we would definitely use them again for another project. Very reasonable cost for the work they did for us.

Fast forward to 4 months after the work was preformed we started having problems with the sprinklers. We made several calls to them, left several voice mails .. no calls were ever returned. We ended up having to shut off all the water to our house to fix the problem. We thought the problem was fixed so the fact that they didn't return our calls went by the wayside. Then today again we had issues with the sprinklers. We called several times again. We were even hung up on. They have made no attempt to return a phone call, answer the phone after they hung up on us are you ready or come by to fix the problem as requested in the many messages. I've hired several 'sprinkler guys' over the years, but they are mostly into fixing sprinkler heads, but limited in their abilities and expensive. Jeremiah had all the electronic specialty tools he needed (and used them all) to locate the box and get my system working again. Fascinating to watch how they do this. You are going to waste money hiring someone else who doesn't have his equipment and ability. Not cheap, but cheaper in the end. Nice people to work with.
