Before I had even finished briefly explaining the stone I was looking for, she interrupted to say they couldn't help me in any way. Despite being the only customer in the store, there was zero effort made on her part to be helpful in any way. I'd recommend taking your business to a company that actually wants it.

Unfortunately, one of the keys didn't work, so it ended up being a waste of money. The store is a bit far for me, so going back to have it fixed wasn't worth it, especially with gas prices. It was easier to just take the loss and have it remade somewhere closer. That's the only reason for the four instead of five, because their customer service really was great.

On the day of installation the team arrived on time; moved our furniture; removed the old carpeting; installed the new carpeting; moved our furniture back; and hauled away all the old carpeting. (smile). Everything went as planned and discussed, with no hassles or glitches! In addition, the install team corrected the substandard carpet installs (speed bumps) in all of my other rooms for a small fee. Highly recommend!

The time to receive our flooring was ridiculous and the cherry on top was the unprofessionalism the whole situation was dealt with. The communication was the absolute worst, customer service wasn't any better and instead of trying to be helpful we got scolded for contacting the manufacturer directly. Not to purchase additional material, but to simply get an exchange since we got sent the wrong shade on accident. If the communication was there we would have reached out to this business directly, but it hasn't been, so we saved ourselves the headache and contacted the manufacturer. Never will be spending our money here or recommending it to anyone.
