After months of follow-ups, delays, and waiting for management to finalize the paperwork, I was suddenly informed that the company had implemented a "new process" requiring a non-refundable $1,000 payment before they would process the application, engineering review, or other preliminary work.

Furthermore, it hasn't been even a year since the panels went up - and one of them has already failed. I don't look forward to trying to schedule a maintenance date, given their squirreliness so far. I'll update this review should they make things right, but they haven't given me any reason to be optimistic so far.

Our first outage was December 23rd while setting up for a Christmas party. Power was out over eight hours. The lights never flickered. I only knew because the app alerted me. Tim included a Solar Insure 30 year warranty covering panels, microinverters, wiring, and roof penetrations, including labor. It's backed by an A+ Superior rated third party insurer and is transferable if I sell my home. An installer's warranty is useless if they go out of business, so this gives real peace of mind. Because I verify everything, I called Solar Insure, Enphase, FranklinWH, and REC directly to confirm Infinity is a Premium or Platinum installer with each. They are. I'll break even in 8 years at current rates, sooner when rates keep climbing, and you know they will. But more than savings, it's peace of mind. When the grid goes down, our house doesn't. Minas walked me through everything at the end, and major bonus points once he installed the piping going from battery to roof, he asked if I had paint that matched the exterior of my house. I did, and he then painted all of the piping! I know he did not have to do that, so that was a fantastic touch. Extremely Disappointing Experience ....Do Not Recommend…read more Stay away from this company. Our experience with their planning, installation, communication, knowledge, follow-up, and overall workmanship was extremely disappointing. Our project took more than six months or more to complete, and even after the installation, the problems continued. They left remnants and debris in our backyard that have now been there for two months, and despite our requests, they still have not properly cleaned up. We are now being asked to close their file even though outstanding issues remain. The project itself was poorly managed. Their plans had to be changed half dozen times just to pass inspection, which raised serious concerns about the quality and planning of the work. At this point, we are not even confident that we fully understand what was installed on our roof, and we remain concerned about the possibility of future leaks or other problems related to the installation. They also made a significant mess along the side of our house while installing the lines. We had to specifically point out how bad it looked and insist that they change it. Communication and follow-up were also extremely frustrating. There were times when workers simply did not show up, and the overall experience felt disorganized from beginning to end. After everything we experienced, we cannot recommend this company or anyone associated with them for design or installation work. If you are considering using them, we strongly recommend doing your research and getting multiple opinions before moving forward. Our experience was messy, stressful, poorly managed, and far from what we expected from a professional installation company.

As of today, more than three weeks after that text and nearly 12 months after you took possession of my TV, I still do not have my TV back and my recent text messages have gone unanswered. You stated in your response that customers would be getting their TVs back soon and that you do not keep customers' TVs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Despite multiple promises over the past several months, my TV remains in your possession. What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication. I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer: my 85" Sony TV has been gone for nearly 12 months, I have paid nearly $500, I still do not have my TV back, and I am currently receiving no responses to my messages. Also, my screen was NOT damaged when he took it. It was a board/light issue. I sincerely hope this matter is resolved, and I will gladly update my review if and when my TV is returned.

We are very happy with the look and quality! The most recent home update they completed for us was a new front door. I already knew exactly what I wanted and they were able to make it happen and again, for a great price! I appreciate that they never try to talk me into something else, they are always on time, and they are very communicative. I just happened to come across this company as I drove behind their highly-detailed van while on Winchester Road. I called the number and Christy was so friendly and gave me a very reasonable quote right away. I needed a ceiling fan installed in my son's room. When I moved into my home, his room was the only one without any wiring or box for a ceiling fan (just a plain flat ceiling). Christy assured me that this could be done by DSE in about a 2 hour appointment! I quickly schedule an appointment and their technician, Angel, came to my house. He arrived a little early (which was great for me!) and was super professional, neat, friendly, and knowledgable. He completed the job quickly and made sure that I was happy with how the ceiling fan was installed. Before he left, I asked him for a quote for a Whole House Fan. Without hesitation, he went back to his truck to grab his ladder and went back up to my attic to make sure his quote would be accurate. He immediately emailed me a quote so that I did not need to wait for a call back or anything. Joshua and Marco came to replace my chandelier. They showed up on time although we had a storm and it was raining so hard outside. Regardless they did a great job. I appreciate the fact that they respected my request to wear booties because we don't wear shoes in the house and they wiped off the 14 feet ladder with paper towel really well as they brought it in the house. They were very careful with assembling the new chandelier and replacing. They were both nice and friendly, and it seemed they work very well together. Everything I wrote here about their excellent service is often very hard to receive these days, but I am happy and thankful that they came to my house to do the job and gave me the satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an electrical work. Very organized, skilled, and nice guys. I have had good luck with these guys, and have gone back to them each time I had an electrical problem I could not handle myself. Several years ago I had them install a new main panel for the house, which is quite a job. The young man who did it was quick, neat, and efficient. What impressed me most was the city inspector. I overheard him tell the electrician that the job was very professional, and he signed it off without hesitation. In another case I had their man track down some circuit mysteries that I had not been able to find. He quickly found one, then came back on his own time when it turned out that something else on the same circuit was having intermittent problems. This man also untangled an old jury-rigged wiring job and cleaned it up to meet code and look like a real pro had done it (which was exactly the case!). Hired DSE to install 4 new-in-box ceiling fans, & relocate 1 existing fan. It was the 1st time using them, but won't be the last. Marco showed up on time, we confirmed the charge & he got to work. While removing the to-be-relocated fan, Marco showed me how it had been so poorly installed (by a handyman) that it would have eventually fallen, possibly injuring someone or worse. He then re-installed it correctly in the new location & installed the others, which replaced older, cheaper units. He figured out a way to replace the Master bedroom fan without having to move the bed (a Cal King Sleep Number bed, which is a nightmare to move). Marco was polite, efficient, knowledgeable & safe. He also took all the boxes, trash, & even the old fans with him! Marco is a real pro & an asset to his employer. Would hire these guys again in a minute & highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Had an awesome experience with Chris installing a ceiling fan. During The installation he noticed there was a problem that the light was not working to the fan, so he went to the light switches to both sides of the Room. To find out that they were wired wrong, he rewired both light switches In only 10 minutes and did not charge extra. Their prices are already at a very reasonable rate, but to go above and beyond to provide that extra service with no extra charge along with the great attitude, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business for all electrical needs. read more

I have had them out to my home twice once to fix my 3-way switch and found out they can change my lighting for me. So I set up another appointment for 6 can lights and they did a great job. Jeff was courteous and fast and told me he can add a ceiling fan to any room even if I don't have the wiring there. Cant wait for him to come out to do that next. Their prices are reasonable and setting up an appointment was easy. I called in and got a live person and got an appointment the next day. I was very happy with my experience with DSE. The tech fixed my wobbly ceiling fan. It no longer sways around when it is on high. Plus he added a remote to my existing ceiling fan. I didn't even know they could do that. Calling an electrician I was nervous on cost but it was very reasonable. I will be making an appt next month to have outlets added under the eves of my roof. No more Christmas light cords hanging down the side of my home at Christmas. read more

Josh and Armando were Richter. There were professional and courteous. They replaced my overhead kitchen light that had not work for years. They completely changed out all the light and replaced with ones that are much more effective and easily replaced unit. We had these light fixed many times before they finally git it right . I had to have two electric outlets capped off within a very short time in order to have my carpenter install a window bench in my kitchen. I called Power Pros and they came out THAT day! I've used Chris on my home remodel. He upgraded the panel, added a ton of new outlets and lights and troubleshot a bunch of issues I was having. These guys are awesome and extremely affordable. It was so easy to make an appointment through Home Advisor. Our technician Josh was very thorough. He did an excellent job for us and by the time he was leaving we had electricity in both my upstairs bedrooms. Bottom line...HB electric never pulled any get-rich-quick schemes. Their electrician showed up on time and did excellent work. And the lady in their office got me an accurate quote BEFORE the electrician ever showed up at my house. They asked for a photo of our breaker panel and then gave us the quote. These folks are honest and do great work...we will absolutely do business with them in the future. !
