He and his crew came out and did the project in 1 day. It was a small project so it was done in 1 day, we paid at the end of the day after the project was done. They hauled and disposed of the old concrete matter. The crew was well mannered. They cleaned up the area well when they finished the project. We were happy with the work and we do recommend him.

They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. I had these guys come out to do my expansion joints in my driveway and sidewalk. They were also…read moresupposed to level a 3x6 piece in my sidewalk. They did the driveway fine but, when it came to the sidewalk, that's a different story. Their idea of leveling the concrete piece was pick it up and throw a brick under it but left the other side high and put a big blob of compound across both edges instead of leveling it. Then they evidently ran out if the compound they were using at the end and what area they had left was filled with a watery mixture that was splashed in the hole on two different expansion joints in the sidewalk. Someone evidently walked through it and smeared the expansion joint compound all down my sidewalk. Let's also mention that I walked outside during the time the older man was attempting to pick up the piece of concrete that was to be leveled and their employees were play fighting and tussling around tearing up my flowerbed that I had just paid a guy the day before $300 to fix. I get a hold of the company since the sidewalk isn't level and the mess. They were supposed to send people out to fix it, I had an appointment. They stood me up, rescheduled. They send guys who tell me they don't have tools to fix it. They get the first guy on the phone who says he is sending a crew the next day, they never showed, stood me up, no call, nothing. Needless to say, it has never been fixed, the company says the job is completed and does nothing but make excuses and take no accountability. I highly suggest, after what I've dealt with, that you find another company. If they lie to you and say I'm not telling the truth and dispute it, I have photos. The whole crutch is that I paid them and once they got my money, they didn't want to fix their mess and I was no longer a priority. The only thing they tried to tell me was I could level that piece of my sidewalk with a jack. That was their offer. The guy had already lifted it and threw a brick under one corner abd could have lifted the other corner and removed A shovel of dirt to lower the other corner. It didn't require a jack to begin with, why now and I sure didn't need an excavator. They advertise on FB and when you don't like what they say, they block you and keep your money.

Last month, I scheduled an appointment for them to give me an estimate to seal cracks in those same interior floors. They never showed up. After reaching out directly to the owner, we rescheduled the $800 job for today at 9:00 AM. Once again, they were a complete no-show with zero communication.As a loyal, returning customer who respects a business's time and pays promptly, being stood up twice is entirely disrespectful. I cleared my schedule twice for them, and they couldn't even be bothered to send a text. I will be taking my business to a contractor who actually values their customers

Advanced Concrete Solutions... This experience has been…read morehorrific. I called in looking for acid etching on garage floor. Instead I was only offered epoxy or stain at a discount. I was instructed to remain off of the floor for approximately two days. I kep off for five but the sealer/stain peeled off anyway. You may see tread marks so no way I spun my tires to creat this mess. I tried to reconcile this problem. First was, "I'll send my son to investigate." Last attempts to communicate left me "ghosted". No phone calls, no texts, no e-mail. Guess my cash payment for improper work balanced with social media mean nothing which is why I am posting in hope no one else gets taken advantage of the way I've been.
