I contacted Brad, the owner to come out and give an estimate. He was at my house the next morning, very knowledgable about the preparation, different types of grasses, maintance and the installation process. Why we made the decision to go with Southwest over the other companies, is that Southwest wasn't going to take down part of our fence to install sod or charge us an insane amount to till the yard when neither was necessary. Brad said our walk through gates were just fine and they could complete the job without taking any part of our fence down or making us install a drive through gate. After giving the go ahead, he and his crew were here that following evening prepping our yard and back the next morning installing sod. His crew completed our yard in a day and were very professional. We are very pleased with the completed work and would hire Southwest Landscaping again if we ever needed any work done and have already recommend the company to all my neighbors and friends.
