They truly respect each other as employees. They are very respectful of the folks that have hired them too! They guys take such great pride in their craftsmanship! And each one of the employees of this company are so talented and know exactly what to do! They took a very badly rotted and battered dock that was only 10 years old!...and they made it all shiny and new again. Almost a total rebuild!!!
