Outer Cape Health Services in Provincetown provided the urgent care needed for this tourist visiting for a vacation. Glad to find it on short notice, on a Friday too. We called after 8am and was seen by 10:45 am. The customer service at registration was friendly and efficient. The Dr. was also professional and listened to the issue presented. After an hour total time, we left with prescriptions and felt better. Thank you OCHS.

Dr. Cuchural is an infectious diseases doctor and also a primary care doctor. I have been a medical puzzle for years and Dr. Cuchural found things that other doctors haven't even heard of let alone tested me for! I am so thankful to have answers. Dr. Cuchural often works very late into the night because unlike other doctors, he spends as much time with a patient as he or she needs. He doesn't rush or cut appointments short and genuinely cares for his patients. If you stump him with a question, he will pull all of his electronic gadgets out and look up the answer for you. He fits patients in last minute even if it means he has to stay even later. He has the most wonderful bedside manner, which is imperative to me because I have severe anxiety. Julie, the nurse, is just as amazing. She is has a dry sense of humor and is absolutely hysterical, which helps when I'm feeling particularly anxious or overwhelemed from medical issues. I have literally walked in there crying many times and come out smiling. It's always a pleasure seeing her. I feel incredibly blessed to have been referred to Dr. Cuchural's office and hope that this review reaches someone else he may be able to help.

I was a person that grew up with fear of drugs (blame Nancy Reagan & Tipper Gore LOL), especially cannabis. Dr. Z and the NP Megan have explained the use of various cannabinoids and specific terpine profiles that I am FINALLY able to have some relief! I have been able to get some sleep at night, which is AMAZING after years of insomnia. I have learned about how to use the least amounts of THC and be able to function with less pain during the day-- This is what we are currently working on, and it's been eye opening. It's an incredible balance of science and art. I feel like they have taken the time to understand my specific situation, developed a plan, and based on our zoom conversations/appointments we have been able to figure out which strains/profiles have the best outcomes for specific situations/times. I don't want to feel HIGH, I want pain relief and to be able to eat properly. ECS Wellness -- Dr Z and Megan have made my life a much happier one. They saved our lives. Despite having 3 kids of their own, they adopted an orphan from Vietnam. And since sponsoring us, they have sponsored 4 other families from Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. I don't know if you all know what a burden it is to sponsor a family. You are physically and finanacially responsible for these people until they can get on their feet. It's easier said than done. Just imaginge a whole family of strangers (who don't speak your language) living with you. They have opened up their hearts and their home for people in need. And for the past 23 years, Dr. Kelley has been traveling to Haiti ( a place in political turmoil) twice a year to work in the local hospital and help with the local orphans. He and his wife will be traveling there next year to also help reform the educational system. What a truly wonderful man! If you live in this area, is there any doubt as to which doctor you should see?

Kelley needs to be recognized as a great Dr. as well as a humanitarian. It does not surprise me to see what Tu D. wrote about Dr. Kelley, I knew that he went to Haiti twice a year and that he had adopted a child from Vietnam but the sponsorship of families was something I didn't know about, but that really doesn't surprise me.... I've had Dr. Kelly as my PCP for a few years now and have always found him to be an incredibly caring individual who also is a really good, practical, doctor. don't expect a lot of bells and whistles when you go to his office, in fact he will probably complain to you about how the "damn computers" are making his life as a doctor a living hell... Do expect to find someone who will listen to you, treat you as an expert in your own care, and work with you to fix whatever is broken. He doesn't automatically reach for the prescription pad, but may just tell you why your mom was right about chicken soup is good for you when you have a cold and the science behind it.... I would strongly recommend that anyone go to see Dr. Kelley, being a good guy goes a long way in being a good doctor... and he's a great guy.
