I met a terrific dentist today . He addressed my gum problems and he recommended a bonding procedure to help with the tiny cracks in my front teeth. He can also bleach my teeth as an in office procedure . Dentist , Dt. Pham was efficient , thorough and personable . His staff were all polite and kind. I have recently switched to Obery Dental and had a crown replaced. Everything went smoothly. My insurance and flexible spending situation was complex, however Dr Pham's staff solved all the problems. I am so grateful for Dr. Pham. My brother had badly deteriorated teeth and needed both extraction and restoration. His mouth was a mess and he was unable to chew on one side of is mouth. He also couldn't eat anything hard, like apples, because it caused too much pain. His own dentist of over 10 years actually threw up his hands and said I can't help you. My brother saw specialists in Boston and was given only one option for his teeth - all implants - which would have cost about $20,000 and insurance would not cover any of it. Then there were more doctor visits, and more opinions. But the other doctors also suggested implants - no other option. We were concerned for my brother's health and worried that he would never have his teeth fixed, because doctors were turning him away. Thank God, my mother found Dr. Pham in Plymouth! Not only was he professional, knowledgeable, caring and respectful but he said "I CAN HELP YOU. I WILL DO MY BEST". Dr. Pham restored the teeth he could and then used a bridge to fill the gap where other teeth had to be pulled. AMAZING results! I have tears in my eyes right now because I am so thankful. Dr. Pham is excellent. He helped me find a solution to a problem with a front tooth that's been bothering me for a couple of years now. The tooth had a deep crack in it and lots of uncomfortable sensations. He allowed me to consult with him several times over a number of months while I researched my options. He was immensely helpful, pleasant, generous with his time & knowledge & a true professional every step of the way. Dr. Pham and his staff are amazing. They pulled two of my wisdom teeth earlier this week. From my consultation appointment to the day after my procedure, Dr. Pham touched base with me to make sure I was doing alright and everything was going as planned. My procedure was performed skillfully, painlessly, and in a much faster than anticipated time. They gave me a movie to watch and listen to and honestly, I hardly gave any attention to what they were doing. He would constantly ask how I was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Pham responded to my emergency call very quickly and scheduled me early the next day even tho he was fully booked. Between patients he secured a bridge that had come out. In my first appointment with Dr. Pham, and his team of professionals at Obery Dental, they evaluated the condition of my teeth. Then they took x-rays; and performed a thorough cleaning, and I do mean thorough. Then Dr. Pham, talked to me about what future work is needed and listened to my responses. Everyone that works here is so friendly. Dr. Pham, and his associates, came up with a treatment plan that would maximize my insurance plans coverage, while at the same time, also ensure that the most needed work would be done first. They went over the costs and timeline for the needed follow up work diligently and intelligently, while being sensitive to my schedule. On my second visit, I was well prepared for exactly what work was to be performed, because Dr. Pham, and his staff, are so organized and had detailed everything out to me in a printed paper format, broken down by a timeline, number of expected office visits and work to be performed at each visit, cost to me, and insurance coverage. I listened to music, in headphones provided by the doctor, while he and his assistant filled cavities in my teeth. Not once did I feel pain, not once. In fact, I could not tell which teeth the were working on. Dr. Pham consistently asked if I was alright and if I needed to take a quick break or if I preferred to continue. Overall I have found that my experience here has been impressive. I could not have asked for a better experience from a dentist visit.
