My hair is uneven, looks nothing like what I wanted, and she chopped off way more than we agreed on. She also tried blaming my 'knotty' hair that felt like it was 'coated in something' on buildup but after one feel I realized she didn't fully wash out the conditioner. She also tried styling my hair, she rushed through it and I left the salon with dirty hair that looked unbrushed and frizzy. Will say that she was nice and the salon was clean.
